Nešlo topení, což bylo velmi nepříjemné nejen pro chladno na pokoji, tak i pro nemožnost usušit věci po nâvštěvě aquaparku v Karpaczi. Rovněž bych uvítal jako standartní vybavení minibar. Alespoň nealko či možnost nějakého sendviče...

Úžasná obsluha i paní provozní. Rodinná atmosféra, ochota, vstříctnost a velmi dobrá kuchyně. Určitě se sem vrátíme. Byli jsme jak v hotelu, tak i v penzionu.

Good breakfast (self-service), acceptable price/value ratio, ski bus is not too far away if you need it (just make sure to check the schedule).
Soft furniture in the room had ugly greasy spots. The pillows were destroyed long time ago and are only acceptable to be thrown away into the trash bin. People are seated too dense in the dining room while half of the tables are still empty, it is aimed to simplify service, but negatively affects guests comfort.
