Lovely small hotel in a beautiful seaside town.

Stefano, the owner, was exceptionally helpful, informative and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and even though the hotel's kitchen had closed for the season, there were open restaurants nearby. Everything was very clean and our balcony was the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful weather.

Good value for money. They don't charge anything extra for the dog which was rather exceptional in Italy and appreciated. Ok location and comfortable bed.

Shower is a bit odd and small. Noisy street.

Location and Price absolutely perfect. 5 minutes walking to the sea, 10 minutes walking to the center. Free parking to the hotel. Restaurant and market very close.

With a minibar in the room should be perfect, especially to cooling your personal drinks.

Il doccia sciampo e i letti.

Niente frigo, porta bagno si apriva a metà, niente tavolino esterno, rubinetto bidè che schizzava, letto attaccato alla scrivania.

Una bellissima gita nei luoghi dell infanzia

La camera molto semplice ma piuttosto spaziosa con un balconcino e l ara condizionata. Il letto comodo. L hotel è ben posizionato all inizio di Lignano sabbiadoro e convenzionato con un elegante lido facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. C è il parcheggio gratuito (importante in alta stagione). Il personale è veramente molto cortese e disponibile. La colazione è molto buona.

Il prezzo onesto e una posizione molto buona. Visitata in periodo morto non ho potuto apprezzare

una bella zona. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ho passato solo 2 notti in periodo 'morto'. Probabilmente piu' avanti avrei apprezzato di piu' vedendo anche un po' di vita fuori dall'hotel

odore un po' di umido e finestra del bagno che non sono riusito ad aprire, ma avrei dovuto chiedere aiuto e non l'ho fatto. Colpa mia
