Apartamento muy tranquilo. Grande y luminoso. Sol de tarde. Plaza de parking incluida, muy cómoda

No me gustó que la piscina tuviera horario. Nosotros en junio estaba abierta hasta las 8 de la tarde tiene vigilante, cuando se va la cierra. Colchón de matrimonio nada cómodo.. no te hacen la cama, te dejan el pack de sabanas y toallas, nevera muy ruidosa, y sartenes, nada practicables. E visto comentarios anteriores y se quejan de lo mismo,no cuesta nada cambiarlas, ya que no se puede hacer ni una tortilla. Ventiladores del salón que no funcionan y luz en el balcón inexistente, así que no se puede estar de noche en el balcón. No hay supermercado cerca a 5 min. Está el Lidl. La lavadora, cuidado que pierde agua por la puerta. Y la limpieza, algo justa, ya que los cristales estaban con chorretes y la campana llena de aceite

No air conditioning in bedrooms made it very hard to sleep. Aircon and fan in sitting room were old and not effective Apartment smelt of stale cigarette smoke unfortunately

La distancia a la playa y a resto de servicios. 5 mins. El silencio y relax de la urbanización. Tiene parking. De las 2 veces que pudimos mantener contacto con alguien de TERRASOL, un encanto de hombre.

Al llegar, no funcionaba el calentador, no se encendia. Llamamos a los teléfonos de urgencia de TERRASOL y nadie contestó. Mandamos un WhatsApp, lo leyeron y ni contestaron. Las camas sin hacer, te dejan una bolsa con las sábanas y toallas y te lo haces tu. La nevera es de hace 30 años y tiene ruido constante del motor, por la noche molesta. Le faltan baldas, solo hay 2 por lo que se pueden poner muy pocas cosas. La persiana de la habitación de matrimonio, solo se sube a la mitad, ya que la cuerda no se enrolla del todo. El baño de matrimonio, le podían dar una vuelta... no tiene ni para colgar las toallas de ducha. Las estanterías de la ducha, es un panel que se pone en las mobilehomes...

We arrived and picked up the keys, paid the balance and deposit without any fuss. The girl in the office was very helpful and got her colleague to bring us up tot he apartment. We got into the apartment without any issue. We had a secure parking spot for the hire car and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The check out was painless also and the deposit returned without issue.

On our first day we had an issue with the Air conditioning where they didnt give us the controllers for the system and promised to drop them over. They didnt drop them over until day 2. We then had an issue with the AC in the master bedroom. It was heating the room rather than cooling the room. We rang the office 3 or 4 times and eventually got an answer. We were told that the unit wasn't working and they couldn't fix it. They said they would drop up a fan for the room. We didn't the the fan until the day after which meant it was very uncomfortable nights sleep. We sked if we could rent a WIFI module and I was advised that they were all out with other holiday makers however there was a unit due back on our third day that we could hire for €20. I was told I would get a call when they had it available but I never got the call. These 2 issues where disappointing
