The grounds were beautiful. Always kept clean, amazing views. The staff were top notch, food was delicious. Pool was awesome. Having a pool with our bungalow was a definite highlight. Everything was very closeby, didnt have to walk very far.

The bungalows with a pool were so cramped for four people. There were ants in our bungalow that came in despite our best efforts to keep any food or crumbs out. It would have been nice to have a welcome guide to help us understand what was available to us (laundry, pool access, room service?) Overall it was beautiful but would not come back to stay. The value just wasnt there for the price. The playground catered to only small children and was also lackluster.

The bungalows are very comfortable. The gardens are beautiful. The staff is very polite. This was the second time we visit and we will come again!

Everything was perfect

We have met 5 people working at the reception. Two of them were really not nice. Even arogant.

This facility claims 5 stars. Receptionist in a 5 star hotels is not discusing "issues with laundry". It is normal to just take it and do it. It is not so complicated.
