I stayed here for a week with my mom and we loved the view! The beds are great and the pillows as well, the shower was pretty good considering we are at the top floor and the pressure is rarely good at the top from previous experiences. The apartment was cleaned every day (beds made, trash taken, floors mopped) and the lady who cleans is just amazing and so wonderful! The way up to the apartment are very high steps that feel like they go on forever when you have luggage. But we found it easier to walk home if you came from above by walking up the street by Venue, Batis and LoLa. The loud music was a bit of an issue (we knew of it from other reviews) but you do get used to it and being this high up it diluted the noise a bit. Just bring earplugs if you are sensitive to the noise. The location is also great when it comes to taking the boat taxis to Koukounaries and Baracoa.

The kitchen area could use some care as it's starting to show signs of wear. The faucet in the kitchen area kept spraying water everywhere when you used it. The curtains were also showing signs of wear. But these things aren't that big of a deal and could easily be fixed.

Unfortunately the noise at night was incredibly loud that we really struggled to sleep

Location was good in terms of being close to restaurants etc but the music from the clubs was too loud until 3-4am and wasn’t able to sleep much

Music was too loud until late am. Intense drain odor in the bathroom spreading all over the apartment. The apartment wasn’t as shown in the pictures furniture was a bit outdated and the view was alright but not like the photos. No parking
