Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to come back again.

We had a wonderful short stay at Villa Drago. Drago welcomed us very warmly and even offered us a welcome drink. He made sure that everything went smoothly, even though we only stayed for one night. He was extremely kind and helpful. There was parking space available right in front of the house, which was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable (maybe the bed could have been a little longer).

Villa Drago is a little piece of paradise, we loved our stay there

Villa Drago is located in the quiet town of Marina , away from the hustle and bustle of Trogir. Our host Drago and his wife were very warm , friendly and welcoming on our arrival and during our stay. Drago is an absolute gentleman. Villa Drago sits right on the coast of the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic. The centre of Marina is a 20 minute walk away and there is a Tommy and Studenac store for groceries. Across the road from the accommodation is a beach bar and a bakery.

The accommodation is bright, spacious and comfortable but the room could use a little more storage. There is a kitchenette but a microwave would have been useful

Lovely and comfortable.

We just need one night while we were travelling to our next destination. The apartment had everything we needed. Drago and his lovely wife Angelica were so welcoming and generous. Excellent value for money. We would highly recommend staying here.

Nothing. Had we been staying for longer we would have chosen an apartment with a balcony but for one night we were perfect happy with the room we had.

Lovely people and great location

Very good value and great location with amazing views. Beach at the doorstep and 1 minute walk to the Rico beach bar and 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants in town. We only stayed one night but were still treated to a complimentary beer and glass of wine in arrival. Drago and his wife are exceptionally welcoming

Wish we could've stayed longer

The apartment we stayed in was fantastic, the bathroom was newly renovated and beautiful. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The parking was right across the villa and next to the beach which was super convenient. The hospitality of the owner was heartwarming and I would recommend anyone to stay here while in Marina!

Mr. Drago waited us personally, with welcome free drink (his excellent home-made orange juice and wine) on a beautiful terrace with see view. He is warm, kind, well informed host, who will provide you detailed information needed for your holidays. He really cares about every guest, professional with big heart. The house is well maintained and perfectly clean equipped holiday apartments, is on a beach, with private safe parking for every guest, which is of great importance (since other houses usually do not have it). We sincerely recommend Drago with 10 out of 10!

great approach, everything was as stated in the description.

The owner of the house is very friendly and welcomed us with open arms :-) He offered us great wine at very nice sunset. He spoke with us in our nativ language (Slovak language). He was available 24 hours a day. He is the best man. The beach is close to the house, just cross the road. The beach is clean, beautiful, the best around, no sea urchins. I definitely recommend. I am very satisfied and pleased to have met these people. Before going home, he offered us a great refreshing juice. Hats off and I appreciate it

Exceptional

We spent there our honeymoon and it was the best place for it. The view from the window is beautiful the apartment is pretty and cozy, and Drago is the nicest host we have ever met. We are planning to go back next year.

Good apartment for couple but not good with children

– Very close to a good beach. – Kind hosts. – Close to restaurants, bakery, shops. – Clean sea with very calm water.

– Very soft beds with feather pillows (my wife is allergic). – Two single beds instead of double beds. – Completely unusable wifi connection (probably single AP in the lower floor, almost no signal upstairs). – Lot of stair to the upper apartments. – Ants in the bathroom. – In the evening a bit cold water (probably night heating not working over the day?) – Poor sound isolation between apartments. – High traffic on the road in the front of the house – would be a bit dangerous with kids. – To the city center it is the best to go by car as there are hardly usable pavements with almost no street lights in the night, very very dangerous to go on foot in the night.

A really nice host

The host was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. He offered us welcome drinks as soon as we arrived, sat talking with us and made us feel at home. He gave us some suggestions on where to go and eat. The whole house has a wonderful beachfront view. We only stayed for 1 night but we'll have a good memory of the place!

Splendid location, literally can't be better; very attentive owner always available. Only selected apartments have balcony, but there's a big shared terrace. If I can, I will come back :)

Extractor hood of my apartment didnt had connection to outside, which made a bit worse the cooking. Fixable by opening the windows, of course; and the air conditioning.

Úžasné pokojné miesto na oddych, najlepší majitelia

Perfektna lokalita, nádherný výhľad z balkóna na more. Izba mala všetko čo potrebujete. More s kamienkovou plážou bolo hneď za cestou. Tak isto stánok s pečivom je hneď pod domom. Pokračovali sme v dovolenke do Čiernej hory, ale toto miesto bolo ďaleko lepšie. Vieme kam prídeme budúci rok. Ďakujeme pán Drago.

Gostitelja zalo gostoljubna, apartma dober, nekoliko starejša oprema, vendar vidno, da se investira v vzdrževanje, lokacija ob obali, od katere se loči s cesto (Jadranska magistrala). Nekoliko stopnic za prehoditi, vendar je v tem delu to "normalno" zaradi konfiguracije terene, plaža v bližini dovolj velika, skratka odlična lokacija in gostitelja.

Geweldige locatie

De ligging van het appartementengebouw is fantastisch. Vanuit onze kamer zicht op de zee. Een uiterst vriendelijke ontvangst met een verrukkelijk huisgemaakt drankje door de eigenaar Drago en zijn echtgenote. Goede en schone kamer met balkon. Goede eetgelegenheden op loopafstand.

Definitivamente bello!

La vista desde el balcón ¡maravillosa!, está ubicado en la primera línea de la playa. Los anfitriones, unas personas excepcionales! cálidas, siempre atentos a lo que necesitábamos, llegamos una hora antes del Check-ing y no nos hicieron problema, todo lo contrario, ¡gracias!. La zona "Marina" que si bien queda a 37 km de Split, se puede ir en poco tiempo (en auto) es muy tranquila.

Świetna lokalizacja tylko przejść przez ulicę i jest się na plaży. Byliśmy w maju więc dla nas to cicha i spokojna okolica, z ciepłą wodą w zatoczce. Czysty przestronny pokój spełni nasze oczekiwania. Gorąco polecamy.
