Good location with secure parking

Some fittings becoming tired & broken & in need of repair

A pleasant, simply furnished apartment with small kitchen and small outside area which was good for our dog. there is parking available but due to the icy weather we were advised not to use as the ramp would be challenging in the morning! however we found it easy to park on the road outside. La Cabrera is an interesting little town and has a couple of very good patisseries and a supermarket. Lovely mountain backdrop. Good for a stop off for one night with a dog.

The description specified a kettle, which we wanted, but unfortunately there wasn't one which meant we were unable to make tea or hot drinks. We had to heat up water in the microwave which was difficult for making tea. It would be good to have a kettle for guests I think especially when it says it has one. No smaller pans just one very large one. It was very cold when we stayed and difficult to heat the apartment using the air con but I expect this is fairly typical for a lot of Spanish houses. Unfortunately there was dog mess outside from a previous guest which hadn't been cleaned up.

The apartment was lovely and great location

We were charged 12 euro for the dog the listing said 6. The whole area is up for roadworks so there was no parking facilities. There is underground parking but only for cars we were traveling in a van so impossible to park
