The location was good . The room and bathroom were spacious , clean and the decor was in good order . The staff were smart , friendly and very helpful . The included breakfsst was excellent .
No aircon ( probably not an issue for most of the year .

Great location, plentiful parking and very friendly staff, we would not hesitate to book there again.
Breakfast was ok but nothing exceptional, there is plenty of it, some berries to go with the yoghurt would have been great and the plumbing in room 12 needs attention, ie hot tap in basin turns off the wrong way and shower control goes hot when you appear to be turning it cold.

The location was fantastic free car parking and a lovely outdoor seating area. Our room and bathroom were a good size.
The whole hotel could do with an upgrade furniture and fittings very dated. Some of the common areas hallways etc were not clean.
