Never again personally...

- the Paella chief, who is very friendly and gave us two free plate of paella just as a starter

- no Air-conditioning in the room.. You are in Ardèche and it's 40°C outside, and you just have a simple fan in the room. We couldn't sleep because it was well too hot. - checkout is supposed to be from 8h to 9h. We had a long motorbike journey (12h) and wanted to to leave at 8am. But the reception only opens at 9am. - the receptionist told us we could pay on the day of departure, so we had to wait 9am (instead of 8) to give the keys back and pay... To discover that the room was already paid and we could have thrown the keys in the letterbox (and not lose 1h of riding time) - the old lady in the restaurant (the owner?) is very very very unfriendly. If you don't like your job don't do it - wifi is free only 30min

The breakfast was very disappointing.. we paid the full price but didn't get any of the buffee advertised! Just continental things like croissants and jams etc.

Fine for a one night stop over but no longer!

Use of the pool facilities on the campsite.

Flies in the restaurant, breakfast seemed expensive for what it was; broken toilet seat in room. It wasn’t clear on booking that this was linked to the campsite and therefore was limited to those bars and restaurants.

Perte d’argent/temps

Les piscines

Personnel très désagréable, même ceux embauchés pour les enfants. Ils mettent en place des mascottes qui refusent de prendre des photos avec les petits. Le logement était sale, humide et non entretenu sans aucun doute. Aucun ventilateur ni climatisation avec 40 degrés avec un enfant en bas âge. Ventilateur demandé tous les jours, nous l’attendons encore. Obligés de dormir la fenêtre ouverte et camping bruitant à partir de 7h car personne ne réussit à dormir avec cette chaleur. Les activités sont franchement peu travaillées, si vous arrivés à avoir une place sur la terrasse minuscule pour la taille de ce camping. Impossible de voir quelque chose mais de toutes façons, si une place reste disponible, les verres sont à 10€. Interdit de rester sur votre propre terrasse pour pouvoir prendre un peu de frais avec la chaleur dans les logements car le vigile vient vous virer. Que du négatif à retenir, incroyable que ce camping ait ce niveau d’étoiles.

Piscines sympas

Accueil peu agréable aucunes informations données. Personnel du restaurant et du snack irrespectueux et désagréable. La télé ne fonctionnait pas et à été réparée au bout de 2 jours. Chèque de caution pour l hôtel pas rendu à la fin. Rendu si la femme de ménage ne constate rien après notre départ et aucun état des lieux fait à l entrée naturellement....

parking de l'hôtel étroit et dangereux très peu de réseau internet dans l'hôtel internet payant chambres d'hôtel peu entretenue (usure des portes, douches, prises de courant, rideaux, ...) pas de climatisation dans les chambres d'hôtel

De combinatie van de luxe van een hotel & de gezelligheid van een camping.

Op de foto’s van de badkamer in het hotel staat een bad. Echter hebben ze de stop, om het bad te vullen, overal weggehaald. Je kunt dus niet in bad, alleen douchen.

Déception totale pour ce séjour dans cet hôtel!

10 minutes pour se faire un café ! Effiloché de jambon? Une petite bûchette de fromage ? Des œufs durs dans un liquide trouble? Des petits croissants et pain au chocolat industriels ? Des morceaux de baguette durs!

Restauration moyenne, très sale ! Pareil pour les piscines! Les relax aux piscines cassés. Et l hôtel quel désastre ! 5 jours sans voir les femmes de ménage. Des toiles d araignées dans les coins de la chambre, les essuies de toilettes jamais changés,…des trous dans les tentures, dans la couette..les lampes de certains couloirs et escaliers défectueux. Parking de l hôtel très sale! Et j en passe.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré la canicule.

Le petit déjeuner est correct. L'espace avec piscines et transats est agréable et confortable.

A cause de la canicule, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre le soir et il n'y a pas de climatisation pour la rafraîchir.

Le camping et ses piscines sont très bien

L hôtel une catastrophe la chambre vétuste (une salle de bain à moitié cassée une literie déplorable un ventilateur en pleine canicule trop peu puissant un frigo qui ne fait pas de froid) quand au ménage il a fallut se plaindre à la réception pour que celui-ci soit correct

Le personnel étais génial (serveur, animateurs, chef, ....) Restaurant très bon Animation intéressant et nombreuses Localisation bonne Piscine génial, nombreuses (différentes tailles et températures)

Pour la chambre d'hôtel, elle n'est pas climatisé et le petit ventilateur présent ne suffit pas a rafraîchir la pièce, tarifs élevé pour ce qui est proposé, tarifs des petites déjeuner assez cher pour les produits proposé

Plaisant et reposant

Le domaine en lui même est très bien, restauration très bonne et accueillante.

Le ménage était très juste à notre arrivée, douche bouchée remplie de poils des précédant vacanciers, le sèche cheveux qui a brûler et n’a jamais été remplacé, la saleté sous les lits également (papiers usagers) à notre arrivée.

Chambre avec vis-à-vis sur le parking beaucoup trop important qui empêche de maintenir le rideau ouvert, pas de luminaire pour compenser le manque de lumière au plafond, odeur d'humidité dans la chambre, parties communes vieillottes et délabrées

Le domaine en hauteur ou on voier le paysage manifique surtout le coucher de soleil 🌼 la tranquillité juste un peu de bruit au niveau des couloirs le camping avec c est 4 piscines ou on avait pied resto sympa Un séjour top j ai recommander à mais collègues de travail plus famille 😍
