Las Gaviotas Condo-Hotel La Paz BCS

The property was clean, well kept, had an amazing staff and beautiful views.

The only possible complaint is the condo we stayed in was a bit dated. But it was clean and well kept - so it wasn’t a problem .

Las camas están super cómodas, las habitaciones muy amplias, el personal que nos atendió cuando llegamos ella fue muy atenta y amigable, y todos los de la recepción muy amigables. La habitación estaba muy espaciosa, y súper limpia.

Que en el anuncio de booking dice que la piscina está climatizada, pero no lo estaba.

The location was excellent. We could not have asked for better. The rooms were all facing the ocean, so it does not matter which room you have, you will see the ocean. The rooms were large and comfortable.

The AC was a loud unit, so we had to turn it off to sleep. Everyone had a fan so, we could sleep. Because of the great location, the streets can be loud, but everything stops around 10pm.

This property is close to the maleacon and walking distance to lots of good restaurants. It does have a nice balcony with view of the ocean where we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets. We met one of the owners, Linda, at one time and she was very friendly with recommendations about adventures.

As reported by reviewers everything is really old and outdated and fatigued and dirty in appearance: the curtains, the upholstery , paint etc. It's a shame really because it's such a potentially awesome place. The place appeared deserted I think we were the only ones staying there. The owners live on the top floor but nothing is regularly staffed. You can ring for someone to come help you. We had to change our plans because of the coronavirus and they said they would refund us our last night. SO far it has not happened.... I'm hoping they do as we have left now.
