This is a great location near the main highway with great staff and a comfortable place to sleep.

I enjoyed everything except one meal I got that I couldn’t eat because it was very greasy. The other meals were fine and I enjoyed the morning buffet very much.

Nice place!

Everything! Staff was courteous, attentive, and nice. I needed an extra towel and got it promptly. Good customer service! I would come back!

The 1st day the WiFi was not working due to provider's issues, which I understand. They fixed it the following day. An extra blanket in the room would be lovely, some nights during winter can be really cold.

The worst hospitality I have received in my life!

Nothing, my experience there was awfull

They literally canceled my booking reservation 20 minutes before I arrived into the hotel at 10pm, they just “did me a favor” to give me one night instead of the two already booked ones, and I was attending to a wedding so that’s why I booked the full weekend months ago, they didn’t even apologize to me and gave me the most dirty and outdated room for the night. I needed to change hotel the next day while getting ready for my event so that’s why was such a headache!!! They even tried to charged me the breakfast while all my friends had it for free! I booked Fiesta Inn Express Queretaro instead and the hospitality was such a relief for me!

The bar fridge was missing from the room.. Toilet blocked up both days Shower head was blocked and leaked badly No washers provided for shower or sink Room keys stopped working on second day and had to get them replaced
