Al Murooj Hotel Apartments

All receptionists were good with us and helpful.Aksi the hotel is close to all what you need especially a big Hypermarket and different restaurants.

apartment is very spacious. Staff are very helpful and ready to help immediately. requested a blanket. provided in few minutes. same for cleaning or any issue. very efficient team. few restaurants downstairs i didnt try. some in same street. gift center and hypermarket few minutes away. even by walking is possible. I was on first floor and sometimes some noise. better to be on higher floor. lift works very fine.

some furnitures are showing old age. i understand they can t renew the whole furniture but a little cover on the sofa shouldnt be too difficult. kitchen was very less in appliance. very few plates for a 2 bedrooms. we requested a pan fry and they provided one. pot was not suitable to cook anything. no glasses but few mugs. no much spoons/fork. we brought ours.

a good value for money and location was also good

the kitchen should have more utensils and apartment needed a white wash

the hotel is least bothered to clean room, no service , no tea coffee in the room, bathroom are not tidy, Electical plugs are not available , all together it’s a waste of money
