    Great breakfast. It was quiet and we were able to check in very late. The rooms are a bit dated. The bathroom could use a little TLC. Overall it was good value. Staff are very nice as well. I would definitely stay again if needing to overnight in Puerto Montt

    I mistakenly booked two rooms. At check-in, they couldn't cancel one, and I had to pay for two. I think I could have just paid the commission for the second room instead of the full price. It just depends on the hotel manager, who didn't handle the situation well.
