The AC was not cooling enough. I think for the big room you need two Air conditioning systems to have a good sleep at night.

Incredible warmth and historic feeling from the moment you enter the property. You know you made the right choice as you step foot into the hotel. Located directly in the heart of town this hotel is the absolute best in all categories. The owner Maria and her family and staff treated us like family and guided us through a wonderful experience and attended to every detail of this stay in Sorrento. You will not be disappointed. You will be so glad you chose Maison Tofant.

Perfect location! Great bar with generous drink mentions. Staff were nice, particularly the night manager.

A little bit awkward getting into the reception but after that it was a pleasant stay.

The location was central

When we arrived we had to wait a long time for the person to arrive to let us into the reception to check in. Eventually when we arrived to the room, a look around and we found a lot of hairs left in the bath tub, sink and around the bathroom floor, as well as mould in and around the bathroom. We raised these issues immediately with the hotel reception who informed us she couldn’t do anything as the cleaners weren’t there and they had no other rooms, and to just contact booking.com, which we did. I am yet to receive a response from the support team. In breakfast the next day they hadn’t bothered to label the food displayed with their dietary list labels, they were instead cast of to the side.
