We booked 2 rooms - a 3 bedder and a 2 bedder.
Pros;
1) the rooms were clean
2) the location was good. Just minutes walk from the nearest metro exit. Don’t trust Google maps, use exit 5A instead, save you from crossing the road. It’s just opposite a 7-Eleven and a MOS burger. It’s also within walking distance to many F&Bs.
3) they provide a water dispenser at the lobby and coffee machine at certain hours. They also provide combs, razors etc at the lobby
4) staff were friendly and some were proficient in English
5) there’s 2 washing machines and 2 dryers at level 1 but don’t expect the dryers to be super hot. Oh well, can’t win them all., at least saved us a walk. The wash cost 500 yen for apppox 31 mins and to dry cost around 100yen for 20 mins. So you can just top up based on how long you wanna dry the clothes for.
Cons:
1) the 2 bedder was quite small. Very little walking area. Both rooms are on the smaller side but maybe that’s typical of Japan hotel rooms
2) our pillows were too soft but that’s cos we’re used to firm pillows
3) if you stay more than x no of days they will only clean your room after every 3 nights. While we understand the sustainability POV, we had to be mindful of not throwing food trash in the room in case we attract pests. End up we bagged up the food trash and left them outside our rooms or threw them into the dustbins at the lobby
Oh one more thing, they give you fresh towels and robes everyday! The system is such that we were given a blue tote bag to bag the used towels and robes for them to replace. But despite us not hanging out any, they kept giving us fresh towels and robes daily. Overall, a very value for money hotel , good for families.

My family and I have been coming to this place for many years, and we’ve always loved it because of the wonderful staff and great location. Our most recent stay was enjoyable overall, and we truly appreciate the service we received.
However, I do want to share one concern. During our last visit, we noticed a large number of pride flags displayed throughout the property. While I respect that people have different views and lifestyles, I personally felt that this type of display may not be appropriate in a family-oriented environment with young children.
I wanted to provide this feedback honestly, as it did affect our overall experience and may influence our decision about returning in the future.
