All you need for for few days stay

Good location in the village, nice wellness area, helpful personel, good breakfast incl. fresh pastry and buns, underground parking area is an advantage.

Communication via internet - not efficient nor fast Bit messy during breakfast with the placement and lack of vegetables We got a kettle to the room, but the plug was not fitting into the sockets in the room, and there was no spare socket, so we had to keep on switching

Only breakfast was ok.

We got a very very cold room. Max temperature was 21 and after that was cold and cold. The staff was unpleasant and didn’t understand there was cold in our room. They were rude. There was no ski dryer. Our equipment was wet. I don’t recommend to spend there your money, time and nerve.

You get more than you expect - that is always nice.

We have had a wonderful winter holiday staying at Alp Hotel Dolemiti. It really is a nice and relaxed place. The owner and the staff does everything they can to make it a great stay for you. The service is very friendly and is available in the very best way with good advice and great service. The chef takes pride in the fact that delicious Italian food is served, also if you have special wishes like the best lasagna ever. I was nice to go to the spa and sauna area after skiing. Thank you to the whole team at the hotel.

Struttura accogliente e curata. Ottima colazione molto varia e abbondante. Spa piccolina ma confortevole. Posizione comoda per il servizio skibus. Camera e bagno puliti e nuovi.

Il letto aveva un materasso un po’ duro. Suggerirei di aggiungere un bollitore in camera che soprattutto in inverno sarebbe molto gradito.
