Ficámos absolutamente encantados com esta estadia! A localização é perfeita – primeira linha de praia, com acesso direto ao mar. O edifício tem um supermercado e um restaurante/café no rés-do-chão, o que foi extremamente prático. A zona é muito calma e tranquila, ideal para quem quer relaxar. Os preços praticados são muito justos para a qualidade oferecida. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestáveis. A limpeza foi impecável durante toda a estadia. O ar condicionado funcionou na perfeição (muito importante com o calor!). O apartamento é maravilhoso: cozinha totalmente equipada, com tudo o que precisamos, e nota-se uma atenção incrível a todos os pormenores. Tudo estava muito bem pensado e cuidado. Voltaremos com certeza! Recomendo vivamente a quem procura conforto, localização privilegiada e excelente relação qualidade-preço.

No entanto, dou 4 em 5 aos colchões – são aceitáveis, mas não muito confortáveis para noites de sono mais longo. O isolamento acústico também poderia ser melhor , pois ouvimos algum ruído dos vizinhos e da rua, embora nada de insuportável.

The hosts was there everyday they were friendly and helpful. Came in and changed towels and cleaned up which was unexpected as only there for 4 nights

The apartment looked quite different from the photos and felt very basic for the price. I had the view of another building. There were no toiletries provided—not even soap—and the kitchen was minimally equipped, meaning I had to buy several essentials for a short four-day stay. I also found the level of communication from the manager excessive, with frequent messages about check-in, passports, towels and check-out. Overall, I don't understand the exceptional reviews, as I've found much better value apartments in Ibiza.
