In the most prestigious and sought after front line location on the entire Sao Rafael complex in the Algarve, this spacious and superbly furnished upper floor 2 bed apartment offers the shortest walk to 2 magnificent beaches and offers south facing balcony views of beautiful cliff and sea vistas. The website onbeach.com has voted Sao Rafael as Portugal's best beach & the 4th best in Europe. The environmental organisation Quercus has said that 15 of the Albufeira coast beaches, including Sao Rafael, have excellent water quality and Blue Flag status. Both beaches have superb restaurants and bars. The complex has a small supermarket within walking distance with several larger supermarkets including Lidl, Aldi Spar and Apolonia a few mins drive away. Shared pool with snack bar exclusively for owners and guest is a short walk away.
The Albufeira marina with its many shops, cafes and bars, is within walking distance where an array of water sport activities are on offer and the charming old town of Albufeira is a few minutes drive away. Numerous great golf courses are also close to hand.
The recently redecorated apartment has a new modern en-suite bathroom, re-fitted and upgraded shower room, plus a refurbished kitchen. New mattresses on beds plus unlimited Internet access with all multi national TV channels including sports channels available. CD/Radio/MP3 player.
We have an English speaking management team who will meet & greet you and be available for help if needed during your stay.

Great sized apartment with lovely outside space. Well equipped apartment. Excellent communication with Angela throughout the process. The pool area is great, and a short walk from the apartment. There are restaurants in walking distance, but we ended up getting a uber to other places as it is a bit limited in the immediate area. Uber service was good, for those without a car.

The two-bedroom apartment is located in an open-plan apartment complex with public parking. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy. The balcony is a decent size, although you can only guess at the view rather than really enjoy it. For us, this was not a sea view apartment! The balcony was also missing a grill. The kitchen is well-equipped with some drawbacks. In addition to the kitchen refrigerator, there is a large refrigerator in the utility room and a washing machine, which takes some getting used to. The large sofa is a bit worn, but above all, it smells very unpleasant of old sweat. This also applies to the sofa cushions. The beds are okay, although the master bed is definitely too narrow for two people. The bathrooms are relatively new and nice and bright with windows. However, and this is the NO-GO: The odor trap doesn't work!!! This means that the entire apartment smells like a toilet. This isn't the fault of the apartment complex; rather, a mistake must have been made during the bathroom renovation that the wastewater traps weren't installed professionally. When our contact person, Terry, showed us several 5-liter containers of bleach after our call, it was clear to us that this problem was known and hadn't been remedied; unfortunately, it had been kept secret. If we had known about the defect, we would not have rented the apartment!

Fantastic apartment with all appliances you could possibly wish for - absolutely no issues! Has access to a lovely pool, 2 beaches and beautiful views from the balconies! Couldn't fault communication with the owner and property manager in Albufeira - so so helpful at every stage!!

We stayed at this beautiful apartment for 3 weeks and it was absolutely fantastic. We had a few health problems but Angela was available and willing to help straight away. Couldn't recommend highly enough except we don't want it getting booked out so we can't go again next year! Apartment exactly as shown in photos and everything you need for a great holiday.
