Perfecto although only one profiterole for dessert one night!! Only kidding 🤪

Friendly welcoming staff who coped with our pigeon Italian very well. Family orientated both staff and clients. Would highly recommend booking the spa facilities which were outstanding value. Local dishes in restaurant varied and very tasty.

A little dated room wise and smallish boot room. Maybe greater variety of beers in bar.

Pleasant

The breakfast was lovely and the location convenient. The rooms were clean but extremely basic- there was no plug in our room and the mattress and pillows were rock hard. The curtain also didn’t cover the whole window. It was very basic but clean

The mattresses and pillows in all 5 rooms were extremely hard and it meant people could not sleep at all. I think I got about 3/4 hours each night.

They have transportation to the main cable car for skiers, which is connected to several places of nearby skiers, as a free service. Excellent wi-fi. Free parking. Excellent pool and jacuzzi with several saunas. They offer excellent wines from their area. Thank you for the excellent accommodation! Big thanks to the owner family for organizing a nice stay in Pinzolo! We will certainly recommend your hotel to our friends from Croatia!

• The service was just great. • we were given one hour late check out which was very helpful since one of us was a little sick.

Tutto bene!

Hotel a conduzione familiare e questo è sicuramente un punto a favore, si percepisce la passione e dedizione che la famiglia Caola ci mette. Soddisfatta ogni nostra piccola esigenza, camera pulita e confortevole. Colazione più che soddisfacente. Non ho avuto modo di provare il centro wellness per mancanza di tempo, ma tornerò!

L'unica cosa che aggiungerei sono le zanzariere in camera ed un piccolo frigo-bar.

Struttura perfetta per famiglie, accogliente, pulita e carinissima, colazione top, addette sala colazione gentilissime e varia disponibilità di scelta tra dolce e salato,vista stupenda sulle Dolomiti

Addetto all'accoglienza indisponente, la sera in mancanza di un bollitore ci hanno dato un po' di acqua calda con 2 tazze per farci le tisane ma 4€ l'uno mi sembra un po' eccessivo

Un oasi di tranquillità e cordialità, e una spa con piscina interna

L'albergo è in posizione tranquilla, appena fuori dal centro, posti auto riservati. Benché sia una struttura non recentissima, le parti comuni sono tenute molto bene e pulite. La colazione è ottima anche se non vengono servite uova. Il ristorante offre dei pasti di ottima qualità con un menù che offre alternative per i bambini. I prezzi delle bevande e del bar sono contenuti. L'hotel dispone di un deposito sci riscaldato e un servizio navetta gratuito per le funivie di pinzolo. La spa e la piscina sono meravigliose, consigliatissime. Il prezzo è contenuto. Lo staff è estremamente cordiale e pronto a venire incontro ad ogni esigenza.

E' un peccato che per gli adulti non si possa pagare l'accesso solo per la piscina e idromassaggio. Il prezzo invece include anche la spa, anche se non se ne vuole usufruire. L'hotel offre anche un'animazione per i bambini, ma purtroppo, come abbiamo potuto sperimentare noi, quando abbiamo lasciato nostro figlio per mezz'ora, per poter usufruire della spa, è stato abbandonato a se stesso. Forse bisognerebbe che l'animatrice fosse più propositiva, ma può essersi trattato di un caso... Nella nostra camera i materassi non erano molto comodi, si sentivano le molle. Non che questo pregiudichi il soggiorno ma un buon riposo è importante e consiglierei ai gestori di provvedere a rinnovarli. Alcune camere sono disposte su due livelli, con scala stretta, quindi per qualcuno potrebbe essere disagevole.
