Ocean 1 is a two-bedroom, self-catering apartment with stunning sea views overlooking the world famous Fistral Beach, Towan Head and the Headland Hotel, yet still in a close proximity to the vibrant town centre.
This new contemporary apartment sleeps 4 and is situated on the second floor of Ocean 1. The open plan living/dining area leads onto the balcony with wonderful views and is an ideal spot to relax when returning from the beach and watching the magnificent sunset over the ocean.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with secure, allocated parking, FREE WIFI plus video
entry system to the apartment.
the apartment layout is Open-plan kitchen and lounge
Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, Dishwasher and Washing machine
Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player
iPod docking station
Patio door leading to the balcony with sea views.
There are 2 Bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) both with TVs. all bed linen is included

Electric gated secure allocated parking for one car.
A parking pass will be provided and must be displayed at all times
If parking permit not returned on departure this will be chargeable

Pets are welcome but we limit it to one small/medium size animal. Pets are charged at £45 per week
Travel cots and highchairs can be supplied £20 each
