The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was delicious. My room could not have been more quiet and the views were stunning.
The elevator doesn't stop at every floor. Fortunately, I didn't have to carry my luggage up, but I did carry it down.

Omma was a perfect stay in a perfect town. So beautiful. The rooms were picture perfect with the most amazing view you could imagine. The beds comfortable. The bathrooms were amazing. If you get the opportunity eat at the restaurant. Food and service was first class. Cannot fault our stay in this great town. Don’t forget to book your parking. Made life easy.

location, staff are best, the room and public spaces of the hotel are comfortable and cozy
the shower enclosure is inconvenient: it lacks an overhead shower option. There is no handrail in the cabin

Clean. Good location.
Overall was ok. The staff were a bit young. Perhaps more training would be good for them.
