Good value for money and with minor improvements it can be a great place to stay.

Most of the facilities were good.

It would have been perfect with some of the little things. Like some more dishwasher tablets, kitchen tissues, bathroom shower curtain on first floor and a mat on the bathroom floor.

Great place to stay for a family break with kids!

We stayed in the largest apartment and it was fantastic. The decor was modern/tasteful and very clean. The kids had plenty of space to play inside and outside (the garden is beautiful with a strandkorb!). There is a very big dining table to have a formal dinner, otherwise you can eat a cosy meal inside the kitchen at a regular size dining table. The beds were super comfy! Relaxing in the wintergarden with the sun coming through the window was so lovely! We would definitely stay here again in the sommer! We also visited the Parrotpark in Denmark, Romo Island, bowling, Niebull and other towns. The apartment is in a very convenient location but outside of town.

We liked everything. Unfortunately it was raining for 5 of 10 days so we had to do a lot of things by car.

Exceptional

It was a fantatstic house. Literally a house. We could have moved in there and started living there. Contactless key handover. Very well equipped house. We can only recommedn it. The location is quiet, yet 100m down the road you have wonderful playground and sports pitch. You can see the Deich from the wonderful garden and (as this is the North Sea after all) the delightful wintergarden.

To be clear : its not that we disliked something, however two things could be improved (we are moaning on a very high level) a/ the kitchen is fully equipped, yet the house does not have a washing machine. This would be an absolute bonus. b/ the internet connection was (as also mentioned by other guests) a bit touch and go. After rebooting and resetting the router the problems went away.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist funktional ausgestattet. Der Blick über die Felder ist einfach super! Das Ein- und Auschecken hat optimal geklappt, die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und professionell!

Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört!

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man so braucht.

Die eine oder andere Ecke in der Wohnung könnte sauberer sein. Schade auch, dass man nicht direkt von der Wohnung aus in den Garten kam.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war gut. Der Garten war groß und komplett eingezäunt, sodass wir unseren Hund ohne Aufsicht nach draußen lassen konnten. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und alles verlief reibungslos.

Ruhige und gepflegte Unterkunft zum Entspannen an der Nordsee

Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne und ruhige Tage im Apartment Seeblick verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und bietet alles, was man für eine kleine Auszeit benötigt. Obwohl das Haus direkt an einer Straße steht, ist der Verkehr nicht störend. Einziger (kleiner) Nachteil: Die Wände sind etwas dünn, wodurch man unter Umständen das ein oder andere Gespräch der anderen Gäste mitbekommen könnte. Sowohl die Buchung als auch die Empfangnahme der Schlüssel hat schnell und unkompliziert geklappt. Auch das Parken des Autos direkt vor der Unterkunft war kein Problem. Im Ort selbst gibt es neben einem kleinen Hofladen und einer Kirche nicht allzu viel zu entdecken, dennoch stellt er einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge Richtung Wattenmeer dar. In nur 5min kann man mit dem Auto eine Badestelle erreichen, von der aus man ausgedehnte Spaziergänge auf dem Deich unternehmen kann. Kleiner Tipp: Vom oberen Teil der Treppe, die zum Appartement führt, lassen sich wunderbar die Sonnenuntergänge in Richtung Nordsee aus beobachten ☺️

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Emersbüll, wir kommen irgendwann bestimmt mal wieder!

Serh schöne Ferienwohnung in toller ruhiger Lage fast direkt am Deich. Klien, aber sehr ansprechenden und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, ideal zum Erholen, zum Chillen und Runterkommen!. Die Lage ist gut, Niebüll ist nicht weit und sowohl mit Auto als auch mit Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen.
