Harbour View - Oceanis Apartments

The view from the balcony. Watched the sunrise every morning. The location is great. Not too far to walk for everything you would need: restaurants, cafes, supermarket. Little pebble beach down some stairs near the boats, we seen some turtles here the morning of a storm. Watching the ferry and sailboats come and go is entertaining. The room was large enough for 3 of us, beds were comfy and lots of pillows and clean towels daily. The use of the communal washing machine came in handy. The price was reasonable for July. The cleaner was very friendly, always said hello. The guy who checked us in was friendly and offered us the use of the hotel pool but we didn't have time to go. We stayed here for four nights and explored the southern beaches and drove north as far as Fiskardo. Great base for exploring.

Quite dated which I don't mind but needs little upgrades. The hallway light was coming through the front glass door so not dark on a night (Curtains would fix this). The fridge was noisy through the night. Chipped cups for tea/coffee. Shower curtain mouldy and nowhere to put the soap when in the shower. Kitchen sink area needs sealing (water can splash up and go down the back of the unit) mould under sink unit. No plugs in sinks for washing dishes. Not always enough parking. None of this spoiled our stay as we were out most of the time.

Gorgeous huge balcony with views over the harbour. Great place to watch the sunset. Restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. The apartment was a really good size and the air conditioning was very welcome!

You need to be respectful of your neighbours as the balconies are right next to one another.

The position was fantastic sited high over a commanding view of the port. The 3/4 ferries arriving and departing each day were a visually attraction too.

We found when we arrived we were booked up 3+ flights of stairs. Noting my wife’s difficulties Alexander arranged for us to transferred to a 2nd floor apartment at no extra cost(it was a higher spec.) Unfortunately we cannot recommend the Taverna close to the hotel. Unhelpful,quite rude staff made the visit uncomfortable

Great location with a really big balcony with excellent views over the harbour and close to nice cafes, tavernas and restaurants.

Furnishings are a little tired and dated but adequate. Beds very hard and not very comfortable. Kitchen basic.
