Perfect stay for skiing in Ponte di Legno

Great location & hotel generally, but beware of additional costs over and above your nightly cost.

Hotel is in a great location, close to the ski lifts and bars & restaurants a short walk away. Located on the main road and easy to find, but no issues with noise. Rooms were modern and a good size with balcony and a great view of the mountains. Breakfast was good value and regularly refreshed, and the bar area was warm & cosy.

The spa area was great however costs 20 euros per person for the hour, and is made up of a hot tub & sauna. We were a group of 7 which meant not all could fit in the hot tub, however paid 70 euros for the hour which felt expensive. Also, we hired a car and partly picked this hotel due to the fact it had an underground car park, on arrival we were told the car park costs 30 euros (or around this cost) per day to park the car in the car park, which seemed extreme. The car then inevitably got stuck in the snow where it was parked outside and caused issues for us when we were trying to leave.

Really close to the ski lifts!

Th location is incredibile being extremely close to the ski lifts and to the centre as well. The staff is really welcoming and friendly, they advised on places to go (especially restaurants and bars). I recommend trying their small spa (sauna and jacuzzi) in the evening, as you would have a breathtaking view on the mountains. The room was big and clean, with a nice view on the slopes.

The bathroom is a bit small and poorly equipped - I would expect to find nice shampooing products but soap and basic stuff.

Perfect stay for ski vacation, even too good for a bit boring ski resort :)

Perfect location literally under ski lift and near gondola station Cozy common area lodge/bar with fire and cuteness Super relaxing hot tub + sauna (just 20€ p.p./h) Practical, beautiful and comfy room with corner table, excellent bed and balcony (= fridge :)

Town itself had not much actions (only few and mediocre night bars etc.) Breakfast could have been more rich (at least - vegetables, but yes, that's common problem in this country:)

We got a rooms just 1 floor up to a grill party. We ordered 3 star hotel that rooms are silent. When i went down to reception and asked to change room the answer was no. When i show vulgar, drunk people yelling like in my room, the manager laughed. For her it was funny. She didnt agree to check out and full refund but she want us to check out without refund and ,,go to 5-star hotel”. We informed that we will complain hotel on booking.com and next day we got message that hotel compained us on booking that we destroyed phone in hotel room. Truly malice, unproffesionall hotel service.

Disappointing

The hotel looks nice but this is the one which prefer profit over customer. On breakfast i noticed a mold on one of the cake repeatedly. There is ping pong downstairs but nobody refills the ball for the game. There is sauna outside but you have to pay additional 15EUR/hour/person. At the end of the stay we had to pay 20EUR for fridge even we did not use it. These all made me quite dissatisfied.

The hotel is very nice, but the service level spoiled the impression

The hotel was comfy, cozy and nice. The location was great, close to the ski lift and restaurants. The breakfast was nice, with multiple options, though no vegetables.

The service level disappointed us. Reception doesn’t work after 9 pm, therefore there is no possibility to contact the staff if something happened during the night (we had questions about hearing). Bar and fireplace are in a common room which is not available to guests after 9 pm as well, and we practically didn’t have time to sit there as a group of friends. To add to that, the staff was not very friendly and was not responding well to simple requests (such as give glasses etc.). It’s a pity because the facilities are very nice, and these service issues can be easily solved.

Very good

Very clean well maintained hotel in a great location for skiing. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Breakfast is fine with lots of different things to eat but maybe a little boring after a few days there.

The hotel has a nice boutique type bar that has hundreds of bottles of Wine, Champagne etc and a decent amount of bottled beer however despite all of this there is no Alcohol Free beer even though they have the reqular Forst beer which has a popular 0.0 version which is available in other places locally including the shop across the road. Being a non drinker in Ireland everywhere has at least 1 or 2 alcohol free options but its a bit hit or miss in Italy in general.

No service - hotel practically closed most of the time - and extremely unpleasant personnel. Location is as bad as could be - no, you can’t walk to cabinovia, you may skate -iceskate- if you dare to do that for 10 munites, I assume carrying your skiboots and skis.
