Beautiful location with walkway planks connecting the buildings. Like living in a luxurious forest. Pools for different age groups. Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent staff

An excellent stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, the location was beautiful, and the views and pool were fantastic. The restaurant served great food, and having a dedicated area to watch the football matches made the experience even better. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

La estadia estuvo muy bien. La ubicacion es muy linda pero tienes que tener alguna movilidad porque no hay nada alrededor. Lo que mas nos molesto son los ninos de padres que no educan, los desayunos eran incomodos por el ruido y la comida en el piso. Seria muy bueno tener un lugar para desayunar solo para adultos. El staff fue excelente.

Muy mala experiencia en Lois Hotel
Envié ropa a lavandería y me entregaron prendas que no eran mías. El hotel no dio ninguna solución ni instrucciones; yo misma tuve que dejar la ropa equivocada en una tienda del aeropuerto y avisarles para que la recogieran, y aun así no responden mensajes.
Además, en el checkout hicieron un cargo indebido de 220 USD. Lo regresaron después, pero es una falta grave.
Revisen su estado de cuenta antes de salir. Servicio deficiente y cero responsabilidad.
