We stayed there because we couldn’t find another place close to the place we wanted to visit. Generally it was nice.

Not well-maintained and too pricey

Location is good, just beside the Tram Station, and the receptionist was good and polite.

The wardrobe was broken, and the room was not Wörth playing for 65 euros. Water bottle, Shampoo, and other Kit Not Provided, except for a towel. No heater and no WiFi as well.

Stable and calm hotel. I appreciate but the cost to expensive according to the logistics. The kitchen is so dirty and I urge ask to take care. Myself took time to wash all last time

Generally the stay was fair despite to noise from within the guest .

Beds arrangement was good and other furniture.

the kitchen was not function and only one fredge to serve many rooms is not good. The gentleman staff has not good relationship with customer, has bad language with no respect. Female were good despite not able to express in English but good.

Unpleasant experience of night and had to check out earlier than planned.

The window of room one is not secured. Bathroom flooded. Cigarette smoke scent in the corridors and too much of noise. I checked out after sleeping only a night due to these. No refund after all.

clean room, nice host, great location next to the train, single bedroom with mirror and trash can.

it was very hot at times and my windows didn’t open very wide. The water temperature and pressure on the shower changed often, but it was manageable.

so many noises everything durty my room was smelling a disgusting mouldy smell it missed toilet paper some days peoples were smoking in their room and doing noises at 3 oclock morning usually i did not have great expectations but that's not possible for such a high price

Dirty. there was a unpleasent smell. The commin bathroom is not cleaned. I had a closet without shelfs or possibility to hang my closes. uppon the closet there was hugh pile of dust and used napkins. One day in the stair case there was a dog poop for at least 45 minutes.

The price, location relative to tram and bus stop.

The room was filthy, one of the windows didn't close, there were spiders in the corners and dirt on the floor, cobwebs on the radiator. Obscenities had been scratched into the bedframe, with no attempt made to cover them or fix it. There was a bad smell in the common area, mould in the bathroom/shower, plaster coming off the wall and ceiling.

Friendly young staff to give me the keys.

A place that sees very little care. The shared facilities are broken, filthy and smelly. I knew it was a hostel, so I expected a certain level of dirt and damage from sharing facilities, but in 30 years of travelling I have never stayed in such a rough place.
