Welcome to Torre Alpicella Holiday Home, a spacious and comfortable independent house located in the picturesque locality of Torre Alpicella on the summit of the coastal promontory that marks the border between Diano Marina and Imperia. Surrounded by a pine forest and completely fenced, this house is ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to experience an outdoor vacation in the tranquility of nature, in total privacy and relaxation.
From the ancient Watchtower, erected in the 1600s by the Genoese to defend against Saracen pirates (a little further ahead and still visible), began the old Salt Road, which connected the coast with the northern European regions, with a route entirely along the hill crests up to the Maritime Alps. The name "Strada Savoia" still evokes the ancient trade routes.

Country-Provençal Style Interiors
On the upper floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms: a romantic double bedroom with sea view (with 2 single beds that can be joined) and a colorful room for children or guests, with 2 spacious bunk beds (2 meters long) for a total of 4 beds. On the ground floor, the living area includes a living room, a dining room with a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable family vacation, including a microwave, coffee machine, and washing machine.

Areas with Solarium In the garden, on the sunny exterior facade, a beautiful wellness area has been created with hot/cold shower, sink, bathroom furniture, and solarium. This sunny corner offers complete privacy. The dining area is equipped with tables and a barbecue, ideal for endless candlelit evenings.

Torre Alpicella offers a 360° panoramic view, great tranquility and privacy, and a pleasant coolness even on the hottest days. The park, fully fenced and wooded, is perfect for hosting four-legged friends.

Located on the summit of Capo Berta hill, Torre Alpicella is in a strategic position that allows easy movement by car both towards Diano Marina, Cervo, and Andora (with beautiful sandy beaches) and towards Imperia Oneglia and Imperia Porto Maurizio, towns rich in history, restaurants, shops, and all services.
The Riviera Within Reach
The Imperia Est motorway exit is only 5 minutes away and allows you to reach all the major tourist destinations of the Riviera in a few minutes (Sanremo, Bordighera, Alassio, Menton, Monaco).

The road in the last stretch is paved but narrow, so it is necessary to drive carefully and honk the horn near curves.

Das Haus auf dem Berggipfel könnte nicht schöner gelegen sein, man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Bucht von Diano Marina, den man schon beim Frühstück von der Terrasse aus genießen kann. Es ist wahrscheinlich eines der schönsten Grundstücke der Gegend und garantiert Erholung pur. Man hat unzählige Möglichkeiten von hier aus, die Strände sind nicht weit entfernt, Imperia ist eine sehr lebendige und lohnende Stadt, das bergige Hinterland ist absolut empfehlenswert und auch ein Tagesausflug nach Monaco oder Nizza lässt sich problemlos machen.
Der Garten mit herrlichen Pinien ist viel größer als auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Aber es gibt ein großes Problem, wenn man mit Hunden oder Kindern reist: Der hintere Teil des Grundstücks ist ein verwilderter Weinberg mit gefährlich gespannten Drähten und offensichtlich einem Loch im Zaun, denn unser ziemlich großer Hund schlüpfte gleich am ersten Morgen durch den Zaun und war so in den Dornen und im Dickicht gefangen, dass wir ihn ohne Hilfe der sehr netten Nachbarn und der Feuerwehr nicht wiederbekommen hätten. Der vordere Teil des Gartens ist sehr gepflegt, optimal wäre es, wenn man den hinteren Teil des Grundstücks einfach mit einem Zaun abtrennen könnte, dann kann auch nichts passieren.
Es wäre auch sehr angenehm, wenn es auf der herrlichen Terrasse bequemere Sitz- und Liegemöbel für mehrere Personen gäbe. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat viel Atmosphäre. In der Küche könnte man allerdings die Ausstattung etwas verbessern bzw. erneuern. Sehr praktisch ist die kleine Spülmaschine!
Der Check-in bzw. -out war völlig problemlos und es war auch kein Problem, dass wir später als geplant ankamen.
Besonders dankbar waren wir, dass wir (gegen Aufpreis) sogar mit drei Hunden kommen konnten, das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich! Mit kleinen Änderungen wird das Objekt zum absoluten Traum-Ferienhaus, da bin ich sicher.

Die Lage des Hauses, der Garten und der Ausblick sind traumhaft! Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und der Hund kann ohne Sorge frei laufen. Guido war ein super netter Gastgeber, der uns viele hilfreiche Tips geben hat! Ganz lieben Dank!!

Per due settimane abbiamo soggiornato nella casa Alpicella dove abbiamo goduto di rilassanti colazioni nel giardino e serate sotto le stelle. Data la posizione, l’aria è anche più fresca che non giù in città e in pochi minuti si raggiunge il mare.
Chiaramente immersa nella natura abbiamo apprezzato le dotazioni anti zanzare che in questo periodo dell’anno sono sempre presenti.

Die Lage des Objekts kann man nur als traumhaft bezeichnen. Riesige Terrasse , großes ,eingezäuntes Gelände. Ideal für unsere zwei Hunde. Superblick auf s Meer uznd Diano Marina. Ruhige Umgebung.
Die Viel zitierte Freundlichkeit von Guido konnten wir nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Wir haben zweimal Whats App kontakt gehabt. Sein Cousin (sehr freundlich) hat uns abgeholt und das Haus aufgeschlossen. Nachdem er uns den Fernseher erklärt hatte war er auch schon wieder weg.
Unsere erste Nacht war katastrophal !Alle Wäsche hatte einen so extrem muffigen Geruch das uns bald der Atem wegblieb. es wurde besser nachdem wir die Bettwäsche und das Haus den ganzen Tag lüfteten. Die Möbel innen sind ein bunter Mix aus antik, Ikea und verschiedene Einzelstücke. Die Sauberkeit war gerade noch aktzeptabel. Viel Heimwerkerarbeit zu sehen und notdürftig ausgeführt. (Bin selber Handwerker ) Türen streifen am Boden, Fenster sollten dringend Fliegengitter haben. Einzigstes Fliegengitter im Bad -- unsauber und undicht.
Duschen ist schwierig- bei der richtigen Temperatureinstellung tröpfelt die Dusche , genau wie die Aussendusche nur langsam vor sich hin. Das das Badezimmer unten und das Schlafzimmer oben ist, war für mich als älteren Herrn auch nicht so ideal.
Wer bei schlechtem Wetter einen gemütlich Frensehabend machen möchte, sollte darauf verzichten! Ein Fernseher mit 60 cm Diagonalen und einem Lautsprecher der so scheppert das man manchmal nichts versteht sind nur eine Sache. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein uraltes dreier Sofa. Auf dem gerade eine Person platz findet. Zusammenfassend gesagt -- Die lage, die Aussicht - bombastisch, das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und i.o. , aber das gesamte interieuer , incl. funktionalität ist stark renovierungsbedürftig.
Eines wollte ich noch erwähnen :
Freute mich darauf abends einmal zu grillen !
Habe den Grill auch gefunden !! Alte grillkohle lag nicht mehr im Grill aber am Grillrost hingen noch die Fleischfetzen vom letzten grillen herunter , wobei mir schlagartig die Lust am Grillen verging !!!
Wir würden dieses Objekt trotz traumhafter Lage nicht noch einmal mieten.
