Comfortable room, space in room. Staff were very helpful..

Signage for the hotel is very poor. Due to the road layout we drove for miles before we were able to eventually take the correct turn off from a large crossroads. No water in the hotel on arrival. Access to hotel is confusing easy to miss entrance. Was advised of the location of the garage but not exactly how to get there. Receptionist indicated on the right of the reception. I drove as directed stopping at a very steep pavement that on reflection was not intended for a vehicle. Again on reflection I now realize I should have taken the first right out of the hotel (the way I drove in) and then right again down the side road. Potentially the actual route I took over the steep pavement could have caused serious damage to my car.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, good parking facilities, walking distance to restaurants.

No complaints! Just be aware that the town centre is a 45min walk away from the hotel if you want to experience the Tapas restaurants there.

Safe (albeit expensive) parking

We were very disappointed. The room smelled stiflingly of the hotel’s “brand perfume” (very grandmotherly). There was literally nothing—including the gym!—that did not incur an additional charge, which was *not* as-advertised in the Booking listing. (€20+ each to use the hotel gym.) The room was small and outdated. There’s a mall across the street, but that’s it for vibes; the neighborhood is dull and not interesting to walk in.
