Jon y Fabio son muy amables y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor
Cuando fuimos hacía muchísimo calor y el suelo radiante que tienen instalado no conseguía refrescar la habitación .

Al llegar nos comunican que no ofrecerán desayuno por que el cocinero esta enfermo. Cuesta comunicarse con el hotel Dificultat para llegar con maleta de ruedas El baño necesita mantenimiento; el espejo lupa roto, el soporte del teléfono de la ducha roto, la cubeta se queda enganchada y baja agua continuamente, tienes que apretar repetidamente muchas veces para que se desenganche. El suelo radiante no es suficiente para el frío que hace. Las puertas del armario se debieron romper y no están. No hay mesa escritorio, pero el baño es muy grande El nórdico muy fino . El parquing no tiene puerta , con lo que los gatos se suben al coche dejándolo todas las pisadas. Los interruptores no están computados.
