Nothing at all as we were a group of friends revisiting Carmona so v happy to be at the hotel again.

The property is clean but a little dated. Beds are small (even in a deluxe room). Pool area is nice but service is very slow.
Staff were, unfortunately, not particularly friendly. We had to ask several times to get some coffee capsules for the coffee machine in the room. We were disturbed early by housekeeping (around 9am on a weekend).
