Hotel Alcázar de la Reina

Great location, fantastic staff, and the pool is a complete bonus. The restaurant is also great with super friendly staff. It's a lovely hotel in Carmona.

As often happens in places with a lot of history, sometimes the bathrooms are a bit tired, but everything worked.

A lovely comfortable hotel. Rooms were large. Breakfast was great. 😊

Room, location and excellent bar and restaurant staff.

Lovely old building, great pool area and we had a great night having tapas and a few drinks in the bar in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful

We upgraded our room before arrival to a junior suite but the room sadly we encountered problems, the main concern was that the air conditioning unit wasn’t working and given it was 42 degrees this was a major problem. We reported it immediately, the hairdryer wasn’t working or the fridge in the room so all the drinks were warm. We went to the pool and had a drink there. On returning to the room the air conditioning wasn’t working, they did offer us another room but again it wasn’t working. The main areas of the hotel, reception and bar/restaurant was we’re working perfectly. We had no sleep due to the heat in the room, on check out we asked about compensation and we were denied any form of reimbursement. The room cost was €189 it wasn’t worth the money.
