I would definitely come back to this place again and I would recommend it highly.

The property was lovely. Lots of farm animals, gardens and a lovely pool. It was located a little out of the town so it was quiet and peaceful. It was nice having the restaurant there and the food was very good.

We had to be careful not to talk too loud because we noticed the sound travel between the walls

A perfect stay in a beautiful farmhouse with the friendliest hosts and outstanding food.

We had the most wonderful two weeks at La Casa di Campagna, hosted by the warm and welcoming Mara and Massimo at their idyllic Umbrian farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, the staff were always so friendly, smiley, and ready to help, which made us feel immediately at home. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the communal lounge area with its handy shared fridge and coffee maker. The property itself is spacious and beautifully kept, with a gorgeous swimming pool, plenty of loungers, and quiet corners throughout the gardens that are perfect for relaxing with a book. The restaurant was a real highlight – the food is absolutely outstanding, with traditional regional Italian dishes full of flavour, lots of variety, and delicious daily specials. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a plentiful buffet and the option of freshly cooked eggs and bacon. All in all, La Casa di Campagna is not only a wonderful place to stay, but also perfectly located for exploring Umbria, Lake Trasimeno, and Tuscany. We truly loved every moment of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Lovely country escape

Lovely place, very pretty and nice with the animals etcetera. unfortunately didn't get to try the restaurant but looked very popular. Well presented rooms.

Bello ma potrebbe diventare perfetto

• Il posto è semplicemente meraviglioso. Un’oasi di pace immersa nella natura, circondata da animali, alberi e silenzio. Perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità, relax e contatto con l’ambiente, senza rinunciare alla vicinanza della città. • La piscina è davvero splendida: curata, immersa nel verde e ideale per momenti di puro relax, la vicinanza con i cavalli è qualcosa di magico, godersi un bel drink a bordo piscina e avere la possibilità di essere vicino a queste creature meravigliose è un lusso che non ha competizione. • Le camere sono molto pulite e ordinate. • Una grandissima nota di merito va alla cucina e al cuoco: ogni piatto era eccezionale. Si percepisce l’uso di ingredienti di qualità e una mano esperta. Anche mio marito che lavora nell’alta ristorazione è rimasto soddisfatto e ha sinceramente apprezzato la proposta gastronomica. Complimenti sinceri. • Personale super gentile e cordiale, ci hanno davvero fatto sentire a casa. • Set di cortesia al bagno davvero tanto apprezzato, aggiungerei del balsamo e lo potrei considerare davvero perfetto, apprezzatissimo l’uso di saponette compostabili invece della solita plastica.

• I bagni delle camere avrebbero davvero bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Sono molto datati e con un odore che ricorda le vecchie case di campagna. Con il contesto ci può anche stare, ma siamo nel 2025 e un rinnovo migliorerebbe notevolmente il comfort. • Non esiste un passaggio diretto e riservato tra la piscina e le camere (almeno dalla nostra): per tornare in stanza si è costretti a passare o attraverso il piccolo parco giochi accanto al ristorante (ovviamente frequentato da esterni alla struttura) o, peggio, proprio nel mezzo della zona pranzo, disturbando la privacy sia dei clienti del ristorante e creando un forte imbarazzo nel passare con abiti ovviamente adatti solo alla piscina. • Sarebbe auspicabile limitare l’accesso agli spazi esterni — come la piscina — solo ai clienti della struttura. Durante il nostro soggiorno, la presenza di famiglie con bambini (clienti solo del ristorante) ha disturbato l’atmosfera di relax e silenzio per cui si sceglie un luogo del genere. • Il servizio al ristorante è stato un po’ al di sotto delle aspettative. Il ragazzo in sala, forse alle prime armi, ha mostrato poca attenzione: ad esempio, quando abbiamo ordinato il vino, nonostante fosse stato chiaramente detto che dovevo assaggiarlo io (la donna), ha comunque scelto di versarlo all’uomo. Dopo aver visto che ero io ad aver scelto e assaggiato il vino, non ha nemmeno corretto la situazione o fatto un gesto di cortesia. Ha lasciato la bottiglia sul tavolo e se n’è andato senza nemmeno versarmi un bicchiere completo. Un dettaglio, ma importante per chi cerca un servizio di livello in linea con la qualità della cucina.

Da ripetere e da provare la loro cucina!!

La tranquillità della campagna, la struttura tipicamente in stile Umbro, l’ aver ammesso i cani senza problemi e la macchinetta del caffè con frigo in comune. Colazione ottima!

Semplicità, cortesia, natura ed accoglienza.

Lo dice la parola stessa, è una Casa di Campagna, quindi come tale dovrete "attrezzarvi". Il posto è delizioso e molto curato sia la parte della piscina con alberi dove riposare e proteggersi dal sole, lo stagno è stupendo, con tanto di rane e in giro ci sono i cavalli le pecore il maiale...le lagne che ho letto sugli insetti vi risponderei che dovevate prevederlo e portare uno spray corpo efficace per più insetti, io con quello non ho avuto problemi. Il Casale è bello, fermo nel tempo e conservato con la semplicità di una volta , troverete la stanza, semplice, pulita e per così dire spartana. Le altre lagne che ho letto sulla stanza e sul posto mi fanno pensare che in un tot di persone abbiamo capito il senso di questa struttura. La parte esterna a terra dove si fa colazione e cena è ricoperta di edera e la sera regala una atmosfera stupenda, noi abbiamo cenato per tutto il soggiorno e forse non è alla portata di tutte le tasche, il cibo è veramente notevole e la cucina con i prodotti che fanno la differenza.al palato, meritano i nostri complimenti, e Daniele e Sara in sala sono accoglienti, attenti, preparati e gentilissimi. Massimo il proprietario non mancherà di passare da voi a cena per scambiare due parole ed assicurarsi che vada tutto bene. Una persona squisita. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina per tutto il soggiorno ma per due giorni di sole, noi eravamo gli unici e ce la siamo goduta nella pace e il silenzio assoluto sotto agli alberi. Forse per educazione di altri ospiti non abbiamo sentito volare una mosca nemmeno di notte. Per chi si annoia a 15 minuti esatti di navigatore c'è un bel centro commerciale ed i paesi intorno da visitare non mancano davvero. Per chi cerca qlc scorta di cibo o snack c'è anche un supermercato a pochi minuti. Lo sterrato per arrivare al casale è breve con qlc buca ma niente di preoccupante , una volta entrati il parcheggio è gratuito e a pochi metri dal casale.

Grande déception

Seul couple au petit déjeuner la prestation était nulle..Le lendemain matin comme par hasard,la prestation était au bon niveau car il y avait 8 autres clients présents!!

Tout! La chambre n'avait pas été occupée depuis des semaines...sanitaire limite en terme de propreté..salle à manger hors d'âge, sale,avec des meubles inacceptables, tables sans nappe..etc..télécommande d'ouverture du portail ne fonctionnant pas(idéal la nuit!!)jardin dans un très mauvais état...etc... Inadmissible...nous nous sommes demandés comment l'association agritourismo à pu sélectionner un tel établissement !!

Personal agradable, parking espacioso, bonita granja para visitar en verano.

Desayuno básico. Se escuchaba todo lo de las habitaciones contiguas y bastante ruido desde el comedor. Llegamos cuando ya había anochecido y parecía una granja abandonada, nos abrió un huésped que volvía al alojamiento ya que no había manera de que abrieran la puerta, no había ni una luz.
