No tea/coffee facilities in room, but you could get it at reception to take to your room

Very big room and friendly staff. It is located in a very charming building in a good neighborhood. There is a train station practically next to the hotel.

The bathroom was leaking. And since the hotel is an apartment with the rooms as hotel rooms, whenever people talked in the hallway, you could hear them which wasn't very pleasant if you wanted to sleep or rest.

it’s location

the hotel is situated in an apartment block, located within a section of the 4th floor. There is no signage outside or on the block so can mean finding it hard at first. the facilities and rooms are basic and hotel unstaffed through the night (from 11pm until early morning) The staff I met were very friendly and helpful but probably better options/value for the money. the area (Chiaia) is very nice and seemed very safe, it’s also very close to Amedio metro station if you plan on using public transport. I would recommend the pizzeria staiano 1964 if you are looking for authentic Napoli pizza
