Comfortable, easy access, nice staff.
The smell of sewers in the WC, which seems to be a problem at certain times of year on the ground floor Next time I will ask for an upper floor room.

Great secure parking clean sheets and towels, a friendly welcome, lots of places to eat at the shopping centre, which is only a 10 minute walk away and a nice big outdoor area for our dog to have a run around.
Although clean, our room was really shabby.
Much of the furniture is in a state of disrepair and the bedroom felt very un-loved.
There was also an issue when other guests arrived late and were stuck outside the locked, parking gate because they couldn't use their access code, which disturbed our sleep.
