Perfectly comfortable with super-sized buffets. Very touristy vibe due to casino next door.

A big hotel focused on the adjacent casino, but obviously a draw for families too. Perfectly comfortable and clean with everything you might want. Buffet dinner and breakfast were the highlight with a massive choice.

The hotel vibe was too touristy for us.

Avoid

Restaurant facilities unclear. Tried to clarify and book a table using message facility through Booking. Bot responded - unhelpful. Same on hotel website. Ultimate we were told no space in hotel restaurant - but at least 10 tables free. At €200 a note the hotel should manage guests expectations or make sure they can be served. Bistro on gaming hall floor not suitable. Staff enormously unhelpful. Avoid.

Great overnight stay in an Authentic French hotel with great restaurant.

As an overnight stay in an authentic french hotel with great quality food, it was fabulous. The owners couldn't do enough to help. This is a little piece of heaven. The breakfast was great. The choice of local produced food was amazing.

an address to keep for a short stay

for breakfast and dinner there is plenty of choice. dinner seems to have more variation then breakfast plenty of parking space around. nice and quiet location the fridge in our room was not working, they replaced it on day 2 very comfy bed large and well equipped bathroom in the junior suite the jacuzzi, hamam and pool area is great to relax if you didn't book supper in advance, make sure to reserve your spot!

cardboard cups in the bathroom to brush your teeth didn't seem to match with the overall impression drinks in ari's bar are a little on the expensive side and very sparce on alcohol the menu card for supper doesn't mention the price of the supper buffet anywhere not many staff is able to speak english well

Excellent!

The food, both dinner and breakfast was very good for quality and variety. We were surprised at the buffet element with all of the common touch points. The staff, especially Max on reception when we arrived, were great. Thank you all, we would love to return soon.

Very hard to think of something - perhaps the pink wrist bands could have been a better colour? The bar didn't open until 530!

liked the breakfast, and liked the evening animation. was a bonus we didn't expect.

I didn't like the fact that we were sent out of the bubblepool by the pool overseer, because my 2 girls (2 and 5) were not 16 or older, even though there was no one else in that pool and I (the father) supervised them. I think it is a very strange rule and it bothered me. He didn't ask it in a friendly matter too, making us not feel like welcome guests, but children being told what to do.

Lovely village and gorgeous park

The location and pretty surroundings in the water, the comfortable beds and great shower. The amount of stuff for keeping children entertained, the free table football in the bar. Nice looking restaurant too.

The restaurant’s main courses were very average and quite bland; it tends to let the rest of the buffet food down. The morning breakfast was a little chaotic and some things weren’t re-filled quickly enough (still water missing for a long time) and coffee machines weren’t working too well when we were there. Could add have more grown up healthy cereals too (plain muesli) rather than sweet options for kids. But quite a decent amount of options overall with an emphasis on local produce.

L’environnement et le petit déjeuner

Le restaurant sous forme de buffet pour un 4 étoiles c’est décevant. Le spa beaucoup de monde, d’enfants et donc de bruit. Petit jacuzzi dont on a pas pu profiter car les personnes y restent 1h. Compliqué également d’accéder au Hammam (très petit) pas de sauna donc nous avons pu profiter seulement de la piscine tiède. A aucun moment cela a été un moment de détente. La salle de sport est vraiment très petite. La suite était sympa sans plus. Meuble pour poser la valise cassé. Carreau de la baignoire cassé et taches jaunes sur la baignoire. Pas d’eau fraîche mais une carafe que l’on doit remplir sois même une fois finie. Pas de chaîne netflix ou canal. Service voiturier inexistant. Parking de l’hôtel ouvert toute la nuit. Le service n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4etoiles et la suite est donc chère payée pour ce que c’est.

4 étoiles, mais pas pour les handicapés !!

Le confort de la chambre, le petit déjeuner buffet magnifique, la verdure environnante

Aucune place de stationnement pour handicapés devant l'hôtel !! Il faut aller au parking de l'hôtel situé à plus de 100 mètres pour y trouver deux places handicapés !! Pourtant devant l'hôtel, il y a une dizaine de places, mais elles sont toutes réservées pour le voiturier des clients du Casino. En bref les joueurs d'accord, les handicapés dehors !!

Parfait !

Tout était parfait ! Malgré un hotel complet à aucun moment nous avons eu l'impression d'être les uns sur les autres. Spa très agréable ! De belles balades , un restaurant au top .. Hâte de renouveler l'expérience!

Si il faut trouver quelque chose ...l'animation DJ car nous ne sommes pas venus pour cela.
