Lokacija na robu Dunaja, vendar dober dostop do centra mesta tako z avtomobilom kot tudi javnim prevozom. Pred objektom se nahaja zadnja postaja tramvaja, ki pelje direktno v center. Za goste je parkirišče brezplačno. Možno je tudi parkiranje v parkirni hiši Ottakring (za 4.80 € dnevno) ter direkten prestop na metro, ki je od parkirne hiše oddaljen 25 m. Sobe so malce starejše vendar dobro vzdrževane in čiste. Postelja je udobna. Samopostrežni zajtrk je svež in okusen. Osebje zelo prijazno, sproščeno in ustrežljivo. Glede na ceno dobra nastanitev.
V okolici objekta se nahaja zapor, vendar ni občutka nevarnosti.

Tiszta, jól karbantartott szállás, bőséges parkolási lehetőséggel. Ideális pár napos tartózkodasra, inkább üzleti/munka célból utazóknak ideális.

The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
We were placed in the top small apartment which was quite spacious. However, in Vienna the temperature at the time of our stay was above 30 degrees so it was very hot inside. Unfortunately none of the air-conditioning units were working so we had to endure excessive heat and irritating insects at all times as we opened the windows for air.
