View is spectacular. Room very pretty.
Very disappointing. We were not told about the Lido club. We found it on day 3 of a 4 night stay. We were given bus passes on day 2. All should have been done at time of check in. Our room wasn't even ready and we sat outside the front desk for a good hour waiting. Bar staff needs more 5 star training. They need to clean tables
after guests leave. Every time we sat down it was filthy. The AC is directly over the bed which is brutal. Could not sleep with it on so it was very warm. Not very comfortable. Another annoyance was being awaken every morning while staff bickered and argued while setting up the breakfast at 6am. Breakfast was not the best. Ends at 10:30. 11 would be better. Items sitting out for hours. We skipped it the last few days. Best service was at the Arte restaurant. Samuel the youngest server should be teaching a master class in service.
