A marvelous garden in the shade of the pine trees trumps everything else. In summer one could spend the entire day outside, enjoying the weather and a peaceful neighborhood. It's very silent, barely any sounds of the city, with boars wandering around during the night. The pension itself has a feeling of a 1970s mansion, with knitted tablecloths and old style furniture (but the bathroom was clean and modern). Quite charming really, and there is a feeling of loving domesticity here, a lovely lady running the pension notwithstanding.
The ground floor is a really low ground floor, and it's dark inside - you need lights at any time of the day. Some of the dishes were not really clean - perhaps left by previous guests. There were some minor technical issues too: the TV remote with no good batteries, wifi working - but seemed overloaded when more guests arrived. No worse than in case of any other old house.

Ein absolut fantastischer Aufenthalt während "Luther's Hochzeit". Sehr schöne Zimmer, mit sehr guten Matratzen (fest!). Komplette Ruhe, wunderschöner Garten, tolles Frühstück. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und nett, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
Es hat uns tatsächlich alles gefallen!

Das Frühstück hat den Mindeststandart erfüllt. Im Haus selbst war es sehr dunkel, da wir wohl mit der Beleuchtung gespart. Ansonsten gute Lage am Waldrand.
Als Hotel - hätte Frühstück besser sein können.
