Room with a View
The staff were very cordial and helpful. They saw quickly to all our needs, and were willing to hold our luggage the whole next day while we visited the Herreninsel.
There was no dedicated heating in the room; only small space heaters for a large amount of space - but this is only a problem if visiting in winter. We also had to carry our luggage up to the third floor; there is no elevator - however, this is only a problem if you pack heavy like we did.

Peaceful and inspiring.
We adored the location, it was very easy to satellite out from to visit local destinations. The views from the hotel bar and restaurant were stunning.
The pillows were a little too soft, however this only affected one of our party.

We got a handicap bedroom so toilet was not the best. one. Pillows very old and uncomfortable.

Very good
Position directly on lake. Restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast was tasty (yoghurt, fruit, different types of tasty bread, müsslie, great vitamin juices, eggs, salami,....) Our room was very, very spacious and the bathroom too. We were three in something like an appartment for six in the white and blue building with restaurant (there are 3 buildings). Overall we would raccomend it.

Very nice stay on the lake
The young man who checked us in was very friendly. Our room was comfortable and roomy. The water they provided was a plus. And the breakfast was wonderful. So many choices.
It was a bit warm. Especially because opening the windows brought in a lot of mosquitoes and some spiders. We had to close them.

The location was fantastic being close to the water and lots of restaurants

quiet place and lovely setting- the breakfast was very well done
the pillows were awful- and the low ceilings were a little off putting and a surprise- but nice to have top floor
