One night stay...

Convenient location, pleasant staff. Good breakfast. Just enough parking.

Room needs updating, felt like shabby hostel for working men. Sockets hanging from wall, wobbly furniture, curtains didn't cover windows, cramped shower room. Downstairs had a much nicer feel.

Disappointing

Close to Schoenstatt sanctuary. Hotel provides cots for babies.

Hotel restaurant was closed. Shower not ok. Breakfast below average.

Overpriced but close to cable car and park.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel. It was clean and room was fairly spacious. We arrived late, no one at check in but a note was left. We were not in the Stuben part but the 'Mosel View" (which is not strictly true). It is in the vicinity of the cable car (30 minute hike), the viewpoint and the park.

The breakfast was very average. Not a lot of choice for children.Decor is dated but i can live with that - it was just pricey for what it was, especially when we had to get a taxi to it from centre. A bus runs just outside but it is every hour.

Very good

The owners were very friendly and helpful. My room was quiet, well-furnished, and clean. Internet worked from day 2 of my stay and had very good quality. The hotel also contains a restaurant (Croatian and German food). I didn't try the restaurant during my stay, but the food smelled great.

No Internet availability on day 1; while parking is generally available, there seemed to be parking shortage on busy nights.

Pretty village, great staff, comfortable bed, good hot shower, wifi problematic.

I had a nice dinner, prepared at the very last minute by the staff when travel complications forced me to arrive at almost 9pm. I was a little surprised that the restaurant was about to close that early, but that may just be the local culture. (It is closed on Sunday and Monday nights.) The bed was very comfortable for my bad back! And the staff was warm and helpful.

The wifi didn't work until the end of my 3rd of 3 days. For some reason (no relation to the hotel) the travel pass on my French smartphone didn't work either, so all this put me in a bad situation: I was too far from Koeblenz to walk and had no way to contact the friends whose big mutual birthday party I'd come for, or even to call a cab. The owner was extremely kind in trying to fix the problem and help me out, and 2 days later succeeded in getting the wifi to work, but meanwhile I was in a hard situation.

The room was perfekt and the employees were very nice. I can only recommend this hotel.

If you travel with a baby stroller o a person in wheelchair, then the facility is not very convenient.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit allem was man braucht.

Es ist ein liebevoll geführter Familienbetrib mit sehr netten Leuten. Preis-Leistung war absolut in Ordnung. Ein eigener Parkplatz am Haus rundete den Aufenthalt noch ab. Egal ob mit Auto oder Bus, man war spätestens in einer Viertelstunde in der Innenstadt von Koblenz.

Service danach, schlecht...

Hotel und Zimmer an sich alles ok, aber der Service danach... Katastrophe

Am Tag der Abreise versprach man mir die Rechnung direkt zuzuschicken, diese wurde erst auf erneute Anfrage nach mehr als einer Woche versendet und das einfach mit dem Handy abfotografiert (Sowas liebt die Buchhaltung natürlich...) Zumal der frühere Bruttobetrag, nun einfach in Netto abeändert wurde und trotz Nachfrage und Bitte zur Korrektur, bis heute keine Rückmeldung mehr erfolgte.

De hoteleigenaar ontving ons uiterst vriendelijk . Kamer en badkamer zijn prima en goed schoon.

Er is te weinig parkeergelegenheid bij dit hotel. Betalen kon - in tegenstelling tot wat op de site van Booking staat - Niet met credit- of debitcard en enkel contant. Het restaurant bleek gesloten zodat we elders iets te eten moesten zoeken. We vonden op drie honderd meter afstand een ander hotel, met een prima restaurant en een zeer vriendelijke bediening door de eigenaren van dat hotel (Hotel - restaurant Zur Pfanne)

Goede uitvalsbasis om Koblenz op de fiets te bezichtigen, al licht het wel wat hoger, dus met de fiets klimmen en dalen.

Erg ruime en schone kamer, goed ontbijt.

Jammer dat het terras dicht was.
