Location, closeness to the beach, staff..
Tables almost on top of the pool.. strange arrangement
And somewhat uncomfortable for those eating and those in the pool.

The location and warmth and helpfulness of the staff. My kids loved the pool and park and the room suited our needs perfectly as a family.
The lunch offerings were limited for the younger children or weren't obvious as an option to have a sandwich etc by the pool without sitting down would have been great. The ice lollies were also limited for you young children.
