We had a great stay but the lack of comfort let it down a bit and the broken shower was annoying

It is a good apartment with good bedroom and big balconies overlooking the pool with a lovely sea view. The property is very close to all the bars and restaurants and has private parking.

The whole place looks a bit tired and the furniture in the living room is old and uncomfortable. The shower didn’t stay in its holder and sprayed water everywhere!

Everything else. Horrible horrible place to stay. The building is poorly maintained and the 1 bedroom was looking very very old and VERY dirty. It is clear that they don’t clean the place between guests but rather do a quick fix up. I am adding pictures to this comment to demonstrate what I am referring to. Also, the beds were the most uncomfortable ever, the linen were terrible. The policy is for the guests to actually prepare their beds (this was not communicated upon booking!) so all these linen and bedsheet were just folded and left in the beds. It is the first time this happens to me, even on Airbnb the beds are prepared for the guests. The price for the one bedroom apartment is way too high considering the offers around available on Airbnb. We hated the place so much that we decided to leave 1 night earlier (we had booked 2 nights) and cut our holidays short. No refund, but we really felt disgusted by the place. We were with a toddler and the point was to have a pleasant place for the evening, impossible to enjoy a nice evening considering the condition of the place.

Excellent location, 2 minutes to the beach and the restaurants. Nice Pool and friendly reception staff. If the hotel could be different, but in the same location, would be great... Not a value for money!

Dated interior and exterior, rooms extremely small with 2014 made (there was a label inside) lumpy and squeaky fold-out sofa-bed. Bunk bed for kids is literally in a dark corridor next to the entrance and 70 cm from the the toilet. Room was dirty and dusty, curtains and sofa with stains, floors probably washed once in 6 month, never cleaned under the sofa-bed.

a mess with the booking via Booking and the property. Too unclear. Hopefully a woman at the reception finally helped us!! but so much time just to change the date. Also a lot of work ongoing around so it was noisy during day time.

Exceptional

At first this seems like yet another big hotel, until you get to your apartment. We had booked the larger option and were surprised about how spacious it actually was! Next to a fully equipped kitchen and huge living room, it offered a few separate bed and bathrooms and 2 balconies. We were lucky to get a room with a view on the ocean and experienced the change in tides just from our balcony. A dip in the outdoor heated swimming pool (25°c) was always very welcome! The location is excellent and is just at the foot of the Sentier des Douaniers, offering fantastic views on the Côte de Granit Rose. Bars and restaurants are only a few minutes’ walk, a nice stroll next to the seafront. Highly recommended!

4 person appt had 1 BR and a foldout sofa as adult double bed, which was moderately comfortable at best.

Par contre la piscine n'était pas prête au début de notre séjour. Après elle a été prête mais elle n'était pas chauffée alors qu'elle devait être chauffé déçu car elle était froide impossible de se baigner

L’emplacement était au top. Juste à côté de la plage. La cuisine était le seulement élément neuf du logement.

On nous a mis dans une chambre au rez de chaussée avec deux enfants. Pas très sécurisant. Les photos mis en avant était décevante en réalité, les équipements et la chambre sont très vieillots. Obligé d’acheter des dossettes de café, même pas une ou deux d’offertes. Obligé de réclamer des serviettes pour 3 personnes et des draps oubliés. Un seul papier toilette pour 3 personnes et pour deux nuits. Très déçu.

Grand T2 très bien équipé. Parking privé au pied bas du batiment. Plein de randonnées à faire . Ne pas louper le Parc du Radom sur les télécommunications, très bien fait.
