The location of the hotel was amazing, literally overlooking the sea and the walk to the beach was a beautiful pathway made out of wood which really added to the magic of the place, the beach was pristine, water amazing, great bars on the beach and really short drive into sozopol which was absolutely enchanted - cobblestone streets, castle like peninsula, cats everywhere, stunning views along the cliff pathways with beautiful restaurants straight out of a book. The hotel itself was well designed, the pool was very clean and available 24/7 (we did night swimming the first night and it was super fun, absolutely no problems with hotel staff) - the breakfasts were simple but nutritious, we had dinner there once and it was very good and the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for our short visit.

The WiFi is not great, often times it would cut out in our room and we’d wind up using data - with roaming it wasn’t ideal - maybe the hotel could get some WiFi signal extenders to the upper floors. Additionally the bedsheets were not tucked into the bed and quite small, I’m a big gorilla and I wiggle around a lot during the night and every morning I’d wake up with the bedsheets crumped up under me and my body touched the mattress - I’d recommend for the hotel owners to just get new sets of bedsheets for every room - it’s a small investment that really makes a difference. Another thing was the bathrooms, it was a wet bathroom which I didn’t mind but the hotel didn’t provide a water broom to sweep up all the water back into the drain and left us with big water puddles after every wash. Again small problem , easy fix, big difference in customer experience. Last thing I’d say is the gym was really underwhelming - in sozopol we found an outdoor calisthenics gym which was 10000x better than the one in the hotel. I’d recommend to the owners to just invest in an outdoor calisthenics gym for the guests - small one time investment that would really add to the value proposition for the hotel.

I like the atmosphere there the staff was very friendly the location it’s pretty good and I had a good time there. I definitely recommend the place.

The management needs to fix some little things on the building here and there, but it’s totally understandable after the summer season. also, I prefer to pay my parking space together with a whole bill not separate that it’s a bit to much Eastern European way of making some little money money on the top…

Perfect hotel next to the beach. The reception and the staff are very helpful. The beach is big with perfect sand and restaurants.

The location was nice, close to the beach

The room was not like in the pictures. There was no oven and washing machine. There was no Wi-Fi connection and network coverage in the room. The toilet cistern was leaking all the time and noice was very annoying. The sink in the bathroom was clocked. After complaining about all of the above nobody took action. Nothing was fixed during our 4-night stay.
