It is well located and the bed is extremely comfortable.
When I arrived it was 26 degrees outside. The room was damp and when we questioned about the air conditioner not working, the staff said that it would get colder during the night, missing the point that the rooms shouldn’t be damp or smelly at all. Anyway, the fact that you can’t control your own room temperature is odd to me.

The hotel is generally very good. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Everything was clean and pleasant, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. The breakfast offers good quality and variety. The location is truly excellent — hard to beat for convenience and access to the main attractions.
During breakfast, on both occasions I visited, the staff seemed overwhelmed and the food wasn’t replenished quickly enough due to the number of guests. Increasing the number of staff during busy hours might help. The rooms still have carpet flooring, which feels a bit outdated. The air conditioning also couldn’t be adjusted manually, which made it difficult to control the temperature. Finally, the condition of the access road near the main entrance, where cars stop and park, is quite poor — a shame, as it contrasts with the otherwise good quality of the hotel.
