Location, hosts, size of the units, view, value for money!
The property needs renovation, the stairs were not very safe for small children.

The room was bright and sufficiently large. The bathroom was also OK.
They didn't change our towels not once for our 3 days stay. The room is quite noisy having in mind it's located right on the main street where crowds gather to eat/talk.

It has a great location in the town. The owners were responsive and polite. The view from the top floor is the best in the town

The location. You can easily access all the hot points of Sozopol on foot.
While the owners were great, the place is extremely outdated and needs renovation. Strange smell in the kitchen. For the money, one could find a more comfortable and modern stay.
