The staff were super friendly and helpful and the reception staff all spoke English very well. The pool was lovely (I only tried one of them, but I know they have two). The gym had enough equipment for a good workout. The location was great, too - 5-10 minutes walk to the old town and very close to the bus station without being disturbed by any noise. The onsite coffee shop was also great. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and the shower was powerful.
I would have appreciated having vegan milk options for breakfast, but it wasn't a big problem - I just bought some from the 7-11 around the corner.

Everything was perfect to rest after some weeks backpacking. The pools are lovely, I even did a butt sesh on the gym :) Breakfast was great although not a lot of egg options hahaha which is on me really, as I like to eat more protein that carbs.
maybe more breakfast options and that the room services is extended after 6 pm :P

The comfy quiet room.
The distance from the hotel entrance. I was in a completely different building, on the 6th floor. And the lift took ages.
