Nice tidy hotel. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Location for an airport stay. There are a few nice activities for kids, that can keep them occupied.
Rooms are fairly small especially for a family of 4 (17m3). Breakfast is good when stocked, but there was an instance when fruit was not available for the entire morning.

Perfect hotel when traveling out of airport. Easy walk to terminal. Comfortable rooms and super friendly staff! Breakfast was good. Rooms were comfortable.

Super convenient for the Billund airport and the Legoland. Functional rooms with compact bathrooms but comfy. It has a proper restaurant not only snacks which was a nice surprise ! Frequent buses to Legoland. Airport is 5-10min walk.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel.
The hotel does not provide parking, which is already inconvenient for guests traveling by car. When I arrived and was in the middle of checking in, the staff told me to immediately move my car away from the space in front of the hotel. I had to unload all my luggage by myself, without any assistance from the staff. What made it worse was that the staff kept rushing me to hurry up and move the car, yet they gave no suggestions or guidance on where I could park nearby.
The room was not clean, and it was very noisy, making it difficult to rest. Additionally, there is only one elevator in the hotel, which is very slow and causes long waiting times.
Overall, the service and facilities did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel, especially for guests traveling by car.
