Spacious apartment, recently renovated, clean

Everything is cheapest but clean, but surprised with deposit of 200€, should be clearly mentioned. + everything in apartment cost 150€ max. All amenities cheapest, super small tv.

We absolutely loved our first time in Benidorm and would come back and stay here again if the opportunity came along

We liked the great view and big balcony There were bars and restaurants and a convenience store close by the bus stop was a short walk away The pool was always really well maintained and there was plenty of space around it for the sun loungers

The exterior could do with some maintenance it looks very tired but that didn’t affect our overall enjoyment

Good for a couple of days

The property was in a quiet area, which is what we were looking for travelling with a baby. The staff always very friendly and happy to help.

After reading the other reviews we had a higher expectation of the flat, it might be that we were not lucky with the allocation. The sofa was really old in apartment 4B, I had to cover it in bedsheets as we arrive.

Room with a great view

The view was amazing. The beds really comfy everything was spotless. We arrived late but got keys from keys are outside.

Only one toilet roll for two for five days asked for another she said they don't supply it. Also tv couldn't be changed to English so no telly but got music on kiss fm

Cheap Getaway

It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and had a restaurant next door

The pool and bar were out of order. Apparently, they opened on the 1st June x I went on the 3rd May x

Very relaxing with lots of sightseeing . Beach within a short walk away.

Local cafe and bars for great value for money food options plenty of local supermarkets.staff were all pleasant Maggie has a great welcoming and friendly attitude and nothing is too much trouble.

False advertizing

The location

False advertising The pictures on the advert are nothing like the room you get Aparantly these pics are from about 20 yrs ago the staff told us The bar doesn't even exist anymore And wouldn't dream of using the utensils in the room We got mugs from reception do we could at least have a drink

Friendly staff and great location. Apartment 17c is by far the best apartment with spectacular views

I stayed in these apartments 4 years ago and decided to book again. This time I was very sad find that the accommodation had deteriorated. Was told before I arrived that the pool was closed when in fact it was open but poorly maintained. The property is partially residential so if you are looking for a party this is not the place for you. It was clear that lots of people damage this property and the management find it very difficult to repair the damage before the next guests arrive. The apartments are not serviced and the reception and bar area appear very run down

Fantastic Balcony and View

The view was exceptional. As we were on the top floor (Planta 20) we had an enormous balcony and could see Benidorm from all directions.

The towels could have been changed more often we were only there for 8 nights but had no change of towels at all.

No air con,wasn't told the fan was remote controlled so had uncomfortable first nights sleep,toilet didn't flush properly,had no water for around 14 hours altho not the apartment blocks fault. A lack of communication

It was cheap and basic , but we won't go back .

the beach view from the balcony was very good and the balcony size was ample. The location was one street from the beach , so very good there.

The whole building looked very tired and dated , the furniture had seen better days and the utilities, cups plates kitchen utensils were poor and were not very clean , you needed to wipe everything first , table chairs etc .

No hot water no lights in lounge or kitchen,cold ,inadequate facilities for cooking, dogs barking all night next door, dog wee in lift no casing on light in bathroom and patio very dangerous,worst stay ever . I think we are entitled to a refund /compensation tried to book elsewhere but no luck as was christmas.

Complete disappointment

The only thing good about the property was the location and the view from the balcony.

The property was dirty and no way near the photos and description on the website. The cutlery, glasses and plates very sticky and finger prints on them. The water tap in bathroom and shower head and tap very dirty and old. No bin inside the bathroom. The bin under the kitchen still had cigarette ash in it. The doors all stained and sticky handles. Very dusty. The sofa was very old and smelly I couldn’t sit on it. There were also lots of ants and cockroach everywhere. The property needs proper renovation. I won stay there again.

Nothing absolutely nothing.

Pool was closed, no eating or drinking facility's. Staff were rude constantly, 7 day stay, and no clean towels given or clean bedsheets. Cookers did not work if u was using hob it shorted the electrics. Had a 3 year old on the 9th floor with a window that didn't close.

Atención del personal,tanto recepción, limpieza, mantenimiento realmente MUY BUENA La ubicación, todo lo que ofrecen, que haya una persona en recepción para cualquier incidencia que pueda surgir, así como el servicio de limpieza y mantenimiento. Camas muy buenas, ropa de cama y toallas, muy bien, agua caliente muy bien, mobiliario suficiente y práctico . Las mínimas incidencias que tuvimos, lo solucionaron rápida y muy eficazmente.

Algo más de menaje de cocina, pero suficiente, tv tal vez algo pequeña para los que tenemos algún problema con la vista.

Perfect in verhouding met de prijs van de kamer en zelfs meer dan dat.

We kwamen aan in het midden van de nacht. Er werd ons ruim op voorhand zeer duidelijk de te nemen stappen uitgelegd met tekst en foto's om de sleutel te bekomen. Er stond al een grote fles water klaar. De kamer was uitgerust met airco. De volgende ochtend werden we ontvangen door een supervriendelijke dame, we kregen meer info en de wifi-code (hebben we niet gebruikt) en konden we aan onze trip beginnen. De laatste avond kregen we ook een info-brief onder de deur geschoven met uitleg omtrent het uitchecken. We hebben een topweekend gehad. De kamer was heel netjes, we hadden een prachtig uitzicht vanop het terras. Er was een bad aanwezig en een kleine keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt.

Er ontbraken lavabo-stopjes om bv af te wassen of een bad te nemen. Ik was dit gaan navragen en er werd ons verteld dat dit was omwille van dat mensen dit gewoon meenemen uit de kamer.
