great breakfast and friendly staff in the bar and restaurant, although the prices are now compatible with Dubai and Hongkong... perhaps a reason why the majority of guests visit outside restaurants and bars.... shame, because you have great facilities.....
we have been to this property many times, still not being recognised as a return customer, maybe because the booking came through booking.com. We booked a PREMIUM Room (Genius Level 3) and received partial seaview, I mean really partial seaview, but clear few of the petrol truck and other truck coming in the morning to do deliveries on this side of the building. During our stay, there were very few guests in the hotel, in fact Tuesday evening, in total 5 persons / guests in this magnificent hotel with hundreds of rooms. I don't understand why I was told that that's the allocation for booking.com guests, despite the fact that hundreds of rooms were empty...... Beside that, I sent email about charging facilities prior to our arrival and also asked if the spa facilities are open at this time of the year.... no reply whatsoever..... so when we arrived, I was told and had to sign a paper to accept a charging fee of €30 per for E Car charge, plus €20 per day for self parking..... I did not know and couldn't find anything in the small print that the charging fee is €30 per day, irrespective of the amount of electricity required to get our car to the next reasonable charging facility....
