Küche war in Ordnung

Zimmer Zimmer waren für fünf Sterne nicht sauber Badewanne würde dir die ganze Woche nicht gereinigt. Überall ist Hundeverbot dafür dass wir 35 € die Nacht bezahlen mussten. Frühstück auf der Terrasse sehr ungemütlich. Pool Landschaft ist sanierungsbedürftig.

Das Hotel verfügt im Junior-Suiten-Bereich über saubere und gut ausgestattete, zeitgemäße Zimmer, die gut instand gehalten werden. Das selbe gilt für den sehr ausgedehnten und ansprechenden Spa-Bereich.

Das Frühstück entspricht nicht jenem eines 5*, das Angebot ist vor allem im Wurst/Käse Bereich sehr überschaubar, der Orangensaft nicht frisch gepresst, sondern einer der übersüssen Tetra-Produkte. Als "Kakao" hat man mir heiße Milch mit einem Säckchen Nesquick-Instant serviert. Das Personal im Restaurantbereich ist allgemein sehr unachtsam und kaum initiativ, man wartet ewig. Das Pricing im Restaurant ist weit überzogen, man bezahlt für ein ordinäres Stück Lachs(Filet) 59,00 € OHNE irgendeiner Beilage. Das Fitnesscenter hatte in 9 Tagen bis zu unserer Abreise 5 Tage geschlossen - wegen Renovierung Ende August. Das zweite Restaurant wurde ohne Vorankündigung einen Tag nach Anreise wegen "Saisonende" geschlossen. Blieb also fernab der Zivilisation nur ein Restaurant. Im Pool-Bereich gibt es Bedienung mit App Bestellung nur nach Belieben. Mal wurden die Bestellsteller aufgebaut, mal nicht. Wichtig, weil ohne App keiner vorbeikommt. Der Strandbereich wieder ein Abzocke: Für die größere Liege (Liegebett mit vier Vorhängen) will man 100,00 € den Tag. Die kleinen zwar kostenlos, aber die Auflagen darf man sich auch um 09:00 noch selbst hinschleppen, kein Personal in Sicht. Minibar drei Tage nicht aufgefüllt, nach Urgenz war die Entschuldigung "zu wenig Personal"; Whirlpools: die kleinen Fliessen blättern ab und schwimmen dann im Wasser usw.

Schön aber keine 5*

Schöne komfortable Zimmer, alles immer sehr sauber, rund um das Hotel Olivenbäume

Liegen am Privatstrand sind immer alle besetzt, man muss immer streiten darum und die Gäste reservieren schon ganz in der Früh mit Handtücher, Service bei der Beach Bar ist furchtbar schlecht und Preise massiv überteuert, es wirkt nicht wie ein 5 Stern Hotel, Parkplatz ist extra zu bezahlen (20 bzw 25 Euro pro angebrochenen Tag)

Я була в цьому готелі 15 років тому, коли він тільки відкрився. Він дуже сподобався мені тоді, і ще більше сподобався зараз. В номері все продумано до дрібниць. Є велика парковка. Чудовий пляж і спа. Персонал скрізь професійний і привітний. Смачні і різноманітні сніданки.

Die Öffnungszeiten der Restaurants sind absurd und ohne Logik, am Strand das Restaurant ab 18:00 geöffnet ?! Das Personal im Restaurant Katastrophe! Schult jemand das Personal ein ?? Kidsclub ab 10:00 allerdings von 11-12:00 wird Pause gemacht, ab 16:00 geschlossen ! Room Service bis 23:00, danach gib’s nichts mehr zu bestellen, Küche hat zu !!! Bezahlt für 5* bekommen 4* Service ! Schade !

Sve je bilo predivno, odličan hotel i usluga, ljubazno osoblje. Pozdrav za Tatjanu s pool bar-a!🤗

Mali savjet, bilo bi dobro da osoblje s plaže pokupi mrežom svakog jutra morsku travu koja se nakupi i cijeli dan pluta, pa nije baš ugodno plivati, a prvenstveno svi dolazimo zbog čistog mora i plivanja.

Prijaznost osebja pri zajtrku

Parking 20€ na parmirišču garaža 25€ to je preveč dostopnost do plaze.. Pri večerji katero smo imeli ala cart so nam en dan 90€ preveč zaračunali pa do danes me nihče ni obvestil ali vprasal za kaj je prišlo do ta pomote.Rekli so da me bojo obvestili po mailu ali telefonu pa nič od tega.. V ta hotel se defenitivno ne bom več vrnil.

Unglaublich schön!

Ich habe mich verliebt. In die Lage, das Hotel, das Essen, das Meer. Die Executive Suite war toll, großzügig und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Auch für unsere Hunde, die den Aufenthalt genossen haben und wie Royals behandelt wurden. Die Klimaanlage hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Das Frühstück war definitiv 5*****! Auch der SPA Bereich ist perfekt. Das schönste war aber der private Strand: das Meer kristallklar, der Beach mit Kies einfach zu betreten.

Die Glühbirnen sind alt und die Lampen funktionieren nicht alle. Manchmal wird beim Putzen die Badewanne vergessen, ein Handtuch nicht weggeräumt, oder die Beauty-Accessoires wie Badesalz, Duschgel nicht aufgefüllt. Auch wurden 2x die Gläser nicht weggeräumt und durch saubere ersetzt. Dieses wunderbare Hotel könnte in der Tat eine kleine aber bedeutende Kosmetik verdienen. Es wäre schade, wenn das diese Perfektion trüben würde.

Not the 5-Star experience we hoped for

The hotel's infrastructure is excellent and leaves little to be desired - from golf and tennis courts to a spacious wellness area featuring various steam baths, pools, and more. The rooms are beautifully designed and offer very comfortable beds. The surrounding landscape is absolutely stunning and reminiscent of the Tuscan countryside.

For couples, the hotel doesn’t feel very suitable, as many families with badly behaved, screaming children were running around freely. Some of the staff (not all, a few were very kind and professional!) came across as really arrogant. Our experience began on a sour note when, on the first day, I asked for help bringing our luggage from the car to the room, only to be told that I needed to bring the suitcases over myself if I wanted assistance. At the beach, we encountered similarly dismissive behavior — for example, being mocked when we only wanted to order a small bottle of water (€5.50!). Small things like ordering an iced coffee or ice cream at the main bar during the day weren’t possible either. Sadly, this was disappointing and not what we expected from a 5-star Kempinski.

Dejligt hotel med et godt serviceniveau.

Det er et dejligt hotel og venligt personale. Selve hotellet er 5 stjerner men servicen er nok kun til 4 stjerne. Vi følte os mere som kunder end værdsatte gæster. Vi har tidligere boet på Kempinski Berchtesgaden, her var både hotellet og servicen 5 stjerner. Vi blev spurgt om vi ville have bragt vores bagage til værelser det sagde vi ja til. Efter ca. 1 time var bagagen ikke bragt til værelset, hvorefter vi selv hentede bagagen. I Berchtesgaden stod bagagen på værelset da vi ankom til værelset. Jeg synes Kempinski Adriactic skal se på deres service niveau. Morgenmaden var god, men ikke bedre end vi har fået på 4 stjernet hoteller. Alt i alt et dejligt hotel med gode faciliteter. Der mangler lige det sidste med servicen til man får den sublime oplevelse.

Jó adottságok, de több hiányosság.

A szálloda nagyon jó lehetne, szép helyen van, az aula és az étterem kifejezetten szép, a reggeli bőséges és nagyon finom. A medence csodálatos és a tengerparti rész is szép.

Viszont egy ilyen szálloda esetében az, hogy a folyosókon és a szobában is kellemetlen szag van nem elfogadható. A folyosók nem megfelelően klimatizáltak és a szoba sem, igazából folyamatosan ment a klíma, de meleg volt a szobában. A folyosókon a mosdók közelében kifejezetten büdös volt, de igazából szinte mindenhol. Tényleg nagyon jó lehetne a szálloda, de ez rengeteget rontott rajta. A személyzet alapvetően kedves volt, a szálloda elhagyásakor mondjuk többször kértünk londínert a szobához, amit ígértek is, hogy majd érkezik, de 20 perc várakozás után feladtuk. Amikor lementem, láttam, hogy annak ellenére hogy kicsekkolási idő volt, nem volt londíner, így a vendégek maguk hozták el a kocsikat és pakolták fel rájuk a csomagjaikat, illetve tolták el a parkolóhoz, ami kifejezetten messze van. Mi ketten lányok, a magas küszöbön alig tudtuk átemelni a kocsit a poggyászokkal. Kávéfőző nincs a szobában, a bár 8 órakor nyit, így ha valaki korán kel és ébredés után kávézni szeretne, de még nem akar reggelizni, akkor azt 8 óráig nem tud.

Not worth of Kempinski class, but for me good for a few days golfing holidays.

I like the vicinity of golf course, breakfast and guys which care for the car and shuttle.

Majorities of the stuff are unprofessional, maybe (sorry for the expression)lazy, but mostly it looks like they have lack of training or bad superior support and guidance. Not to mention, that the room was not ready at time so I have to wait for 2 hours.

Für ein Kurz Urlaub ist es okay.

Wir haben Glück gehabt und es hat noch nicht viele Touristen gehabt, deshalb noch relativ ruhig.

Am Abend hat es Musik gehabt, welche dann im Zimmer zu hören waren, auch nach 22 Uhr. Der Strand war vom Personal nicht sauber gepflegt, viel Gras am Ufer. Es hat zuwenig Personal am Strand und somit kamen externe Leute, welche die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme benutzten.

Level of service doesn’t match 5 star hotel

Nice beach, nice room

They have some problems with service. Long wait for ordered food in restaurant (we wait soup and ravioli for lunch almost 1 hour). Waiters don’t know menu, also twice we asked to make just a green salad for us and waiter said that It’s not in the menu, so we couldn’t do it, but we insisted him to ask a kitchen and they did it without any problem. Then they bring food, but didn’t bring cutlery for it. We ask for coffee, but they forget about it and didn’t bring it at all. Also we ask on the reception to make a reservation for dinner for us, but when we came to the restaurant later, there was no reservation for us.

Pěkný hotel kousek od moře se skvělými službami a výbornou kuchyní.

Velmi pěkný hotel, prostorný, světlý a na klidném místě. Pokoj byl velmi pohodlný, na vše zde je spousta místa. A jídlo prostě SUPER, výborná snídaně i vše, co jsme ochutnali během dne a večeře. Kolem hotelu se dá provozovat spousta sportovních aktivit.
