We had a great stay at Edgewater. The community is amazing and filled with kids. The house was perfect for our family of 5. We loved hanging on the property and exploring the area. The proximity to Snow Mountain and Granby Ranch and Grand Lake is amazing for kids of all ages.

This was the cherry on the cake for our Colorado Trip this year. We loved the detailed instructions booklet for the Do's and the Don'ts. We were travelling with 2 seniors and 2 toddlers and this was an amazing choice for us, with the quiet locale, easy access to the Rockies(west-side), great views from the back patio. We did end up using the back patio for a Pizza Party with the kids to fully soak in the views in the evening. The hot tub access was great to have as we had a day to wind down post the trip to the Rockies and the kids simply loved it. The property was fully stocked for us - be it trivial things like laundry pods/ dishwasher pods or other important amenities like top rate appliances, utensils and silverware. Thank you for making this a very very memorable trip for us.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful, clean, and as pictured. We had everything we needed for a great stay. And we loved sitting on the deck listening to creek as the sun set over the mountains. We would definitely come back.

Nice property. Equivalent to a 3 star. Some areas of the cabin were updated more than others. Could have taken more care with details such as "some bedding" and needs blinds in specific
areas of the cabin for privacy. It seems as though other visits from this location us the path next to and at the rear of this specific cabin for passage to the river.
