About this apartment rental
Lovely FINELY RENOVATED apartment in the heart of the Emerald Coast located in the residential complex on the sea "Baia De Bahas" in a panoramic position on the Gulf of Marinella 5 km from Golfo Aranci and 4 km from Porto Rotondo, completely immersed in the vegetation of oleanders, bougainvillea, distant 150mt from the sea characterized by small coves of white sand with scattered granite rocks.
The nicely furnished apartment is on the first floor comfortably accommodates six people and consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds and a large living room of approx. 25 with a kitchenette equipped with a sofa / double bed, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. The apartment has a washing machine, a fitted kitchen with an electric oven, a fridge / freezer.
The apartment is located in the central body of the village just a few meters from the restaurant-pizzeria and the supermarket, bar and newspaper and tobacco shop.
The village is ideal for a holiday of relaxation and fun; in the village there is a tennis court.
Nearby is the Yachting Club with landing stage and boat and raft rental, surf school, diving center and fabulous restaurant by the sea.
The price of the stay includes the cost of electricity, gas and water.
The house is open from April until the end of October.
For reservations in May and June extra 10% discount to be applied on the exhibited rates

The property was as listed. Cosy apartment near the beach in a nice residential area, with a supermarket nearby. The apartment was clean in general but not everything was properly clean, the cupboards were full of greasy finger marks and in some spots the floor was not properly clean.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa incantevole terra per 6 giorni. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e gentile, l’appartamento è pulitissimo e si trova vicino a spiagge meravigliose. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Die Wohnung ist einfach aber hübsch eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet allerlei Geschirr und Töpfe. Für leichte Personen sind die Betten gut, für meinen Mann mit 85 kg zu weich gewesen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Feriensiedlung die mit vielen blühenden Blumen angelegt ist. Der Strand ist in 3min zu erreichen, das Wasser dort glasklar und der Sand fein.
Fernsehen gibt es nur auf italienisch und WLAN kann man sich auf Anfrage in der Rezeption geben lassen. Der Empfang funktioniert aber nur im Bereich vor der Rezeption. Da wir im Oktober da waren, war es sehr ruhig und kaum Menschen da.

Wir waren in der Wohnung von Antonella 2 Wochen lang. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Antonella unterstütze uns von Ferne.
Ich fasse es alles zusammen:
+Supermarket in der Nähe (2 Minuten). Das ist wirklich suuper! Man bekommt alles, was man braucht dort.
+Parkplatz kostenlos
+sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche
+Waschmaschine
+sauber
+Strand Marinnella (Laufzeit 20Minuten zu Fuß) . Es ist sehr schöner und längster Strand in der Gegend con Costa Smeralda
+Golfo Di Marinella ist ein gute Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge: la Madalena, porto Cervo, Olbia
+Schildkröte queren die Straßen
+Restaurant in der Nähe mit Wlan
+Baha de bahas Spiaggia 5 Minuten (es ist zwar nicht so schön, aber sehr ruhig)
+Sehr schöner Ausblick in der Nähe
+lustige Katzen in der Gegend
Leider gibt es Verbesserungspunkte:
-keine Handtücher (vielleicht wegen Corona) wir müssten es selbst kaufen.
-Keine Klimaanlage nur 3 Ventilatoren. Die ersten Nächten waren so heiß, dass wir gar nicht geschlafen haben.
+-kein WLAN. Andererseits war das gut, da wir so Internet Detox genossen haben. Im Notfall bei dem Restaurant Il Segreto gibt es Internet kostenlos (+Frühstücks und Kaffee)
+-Wohnungsübergabe ohne Englischkenntnisse war schon nicht einfach. Andererseits sehr sympathisch. Man kriegt es hin!
